    Since I've been experimenting with it this week, the 6 am workout actually helps in many respects. Not sure I want it as a staple but you do have a ton of energy during the day.

    Did Jones not watch Vick play in 2015? He was awful. He made one of the best, most consistent receivers in the entire NFL, Antonio Brown look bad.
