    i dunno man... i look at who the 24 nominal starters would be and only see a handful that i would "just have to" keep. think about it. Turner, Anderson, Wild, Muamba, Sears, Washington, January, Watson?

    If Khari hired an OC such as Worman or Berry with experience, a DC with experience like Reed, an OL coach with experience who's a teacher hypothetically Wylie would that offset his inexperience and allow him to be successful?

    Dennmark I'd argue just got back to his 2011 form this year, can't see he improved. Muamba abd Kolhert, yes. Don't think the coaching staff was a positive though pigseye, do you?

    Glad Burke is no longer HC. Want him gone, not as DC, totally overrated there. Would rather see Khari as OC but will support him oh course if hired.

    Wasn't saying Jones would come here, was saying I think Chris Jones among others is a better DC than Tim Burke. I think Rick Campbell is a better DC too.

    1. Don't think he's the best DC in the CFL. I'd take Chris Jones over him for one. 2. Optics of such a move are brutal. 3. Don't think he has enough credibility in the locker room anymore. 4. Too much potential for conflict.

    On a semi-related note, Paul Wiecek of the Freep says he's betting that the Bombers will start next year with Glenn and Collaros behind center. Why would we trade for Glenn if we can land Collaros? Does Wiecek know Glenn is not an FA?

    They will still have a poor season and they'll sell less season tickets, sell less merchandise and continue to lose more fans.

    4th best rushing season ever, that's pretty darn good. His team won three more games in a much stronger division. I agree Ray was impressive but missing too much of the season costs him imo.

    Cornish averaged over 100 ypg and 7 ypc, set a record for rushing yards by a Canadian RB and had the 4th most in history. Ray was great but I think you have to penalize him for missing 40% of the season.

    How do you pick Ray when he missed over a third of the season? Then again Owens didn't deserve it last year as he wasn't even the MOP of his team.

    Good for him, I think Cornish will get MOC and should win MOP over Ray. Anybody surprised Durie wasn't the East MOC?

    If they do, I hope they don't mind averaging 25,000 people. Hey those extra 8500 people is only what a quarter mill or so per game or 2.3 million per year.

    Not firing Burke just makes it seem like you're keeping him which would be a terrible decision.
