Odds and Sods - Game 1 - Bombers at Riders
blitzmore replied to do or die's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
Article 3 — Safety Touch A safety touch is scored when the ball becomes dead in the possession of a team in its own Goal Area, or touches or crosses the Dead Line or a Sideline in Goal as a result of the ball having been carried, kicked, fumbled or otherwise directed from the Field of Play into the Goal Area by the team scored against, or as a direct result of a kick from scrimmage having been blocked in the Field of Play or Goal Area. -
Not that I really expect anything to change, but do something is better than nothing...anyone else wanting to hop on the bandwagon...have at it.This is what I wrote... 1) Rod Black and Duane Ford interviewing during a game. They interviewed Ben Heenan while the game was going on, and they get caught up in chatting and forget totally about calling the game. Black is bad enough with his during game blunders without making it worse. The Heenan thing went on far too long and who cares about him anyway while the game is going on? This type of thing went on last year as well, I have had it with these in game interviews. 2) Coverage in Fort McMurray. The coverage was brutal for a couple of reasons. They boom mikes were far too close to the crowd. There were two guys vuvuzela's who would blow them loudly whenever Toronto had the ball. They were so loud I felt like they were blowing them right in my ear. You either have to move the mikes or ban them from using those horns. Also there was one guy in the crowd yelling so loudly I also felt like he was yelling in my ear. Those mikes have to be moved. I understand trying to get some crowd noise, but that was ridiculous, and Toronto will be playing more games there! Thank you this is what I got back We are generally staffed seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET. If this is an instance we don’t have somebody sitting in the office, we’re always watching and listening at @TSN_Sports. We read and listen to all your feedback – the good, the bad, and even the ugly. We get too many emails to answer every message personally, but we can promise you that all your messages are read and forwarded to the appropriate department. So if you have a cool idea for a SPORTSCENTRE Top 10, or you’d like to see more or less of something (more Rod Smith, right? Yeah, we know!), we’ll make sure it gets to the right people. If you have a question about TSN programming: - For an up-to-date broadcast schedule, visit TSN.ca/TV - For live programming updates (e.g. if a live event runs long or short, or if there is a program change that doesn’t show up on your TV guide), visit TSN.ca/TV or follow @TSN_Sports We really do appreciate your feedback. Please keep it coming – it’s important we know how you feel. Thought Washington had a very good game...sure tackling and pursuit...and no penalties for a change

And that's the thing there... that's 5 teams who have young qb's, 5 of 9... the ones who don't well, who's fault is that really? Montreal could have had a guy but... they never developed anyone under Calvillo, it was Calvillo or bust for them, It sucks for sure that some guys are injured but considering i'm a bomber fan and i've seen many qb's come and go over the last several years, i ain't crying no tears for anybody that's for sure. Honestly in my opinion, with ray being injured.. the argument could be made that the best qb depth in the league belongs to Calgary and Winnipeg. It's shocking to say that even considering where we were qb wise 2 years ago. You might want to include Toronto

Odds and Sods.....X2 Game, Hamilton at Winnipeg
blitzmore replied to do or die's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
That's what he said last year as well...so in his mind he doesn't think that Marve has progressed. It makes me think they will never think he has progressed whether he has or not. -
Tuinei has a grand total of 7 catches in the CFL prior to this year's TC, I would suggest that does not make him a proven commodity over the rest.
-
According to Milt...the new 5 yard rule...will mean there will likely be a new type of receiver in the CFL. Could be one of the reasons that Tuinei is gone.

First Cut Down Day - list of players released

#Bombers release six: LB Sammy Brown DB Patrick Hall WR Lavasier Tuinei OL Quinn Everett WR Ezra Millington DB Dan West -
Thanks, good contribution, the site would die without you. you're welcome...and it only lives because of you
-
Actually...MB called the for Marve to run on the play he scored the touchdown. You really have no idea how many more times the play calls for a run, and not necessarily up the middle as a QB sneak.
-
This really means next to nothing!
-
so...Jacquie...are you really saying you want him back...because he was so good the first time...and also in BC?
-
whenever I think of Kito I think of the game I went to in Winnipeg in 2013 against Hamilton. Max Hall laid a beautiful ball into his arms, and he was open in the end zone by 20 yards. He just flat out dropped the ball. Sorry but there's just no room in the line up for guys who can't catch. I doubt there is a receiver in the league who hasn't dropped an easy one. Jacquie...he drops more than one...that's the point And people tend to remember the drops and not the catches. When he was healthy in 2012 his numbers were about what you would expect for his position. His main problem has been injuries. Of course we remember the drops...a receiver is supposed to catch the ball not drop it...so you're really saying he was average in 2012...you must really like him for some reason.

He can't catch consistently! End of Story!

Actually most don't seem to come and go every few months these days...I rarely use Navi X and get everything I want. I disagree.. Phoenix was fantastic for UFC and then the Fight area was disbanded... it was then great for the TSN HD feeds.... those no longer exist... Sports Devil is barely usable these days... most of the options are just dead links and only one or two sources provide any feeds. VDupt seems to be the best one lately for me to get any feeds... For movie / TV stuff 1channel and icefilms are definitely A+++ I tried Navi-x and found it strange navigating. I'll try it again now that more people are saying to try it. Is Vdupt found on the add on program app or is this something I need to install from somewhere else (remember I am fairly new to all this ) you might want to read this... https://seo-michael.co.uk/how-to-watch-premier-league-football-using-xbmc/

One less Braley team in the league

Mark...not really unlimited downloads....go over your subscription limit and there are extra charges. You can download as much as you want, just be prepared to pay extra for some subscriptions. Semantics. -

For movie / TV stuff 1channel and icefilms are definitely A+++ You can disagree that's fine...There are more ways to get what you want than just Phoenix. But Phoenix is great during the hockey season if you can't watch a game you want to see live. Other things in Phoenix work just fine...you are just cherry picking. So tell me are you getting the UFC and the fight area and TSN HD feeds in Navi X? The point is there are many addons available in Kodi...you just need to find what works for you. By the way...it's all free...so you want perfection?

The great thing about nhl on Phoenix is that if you miss the game, they archive every game. You can watch a condensed version home or away, full version, or a version without commercials and all in very good quality. It's awesome. Most streaming sites will ask you what bandwidth you wish to stream. It is a matter for me of just finding one that works in the list. But what if you try all the different Bandwidths (4500-150) and non of them work at all? Is this an issue on my end? It's hard to say...all depends on your setup...best not to use wifi though if you can avoid it.

What sites are those? I was using Wiziwig but it got shut down. You might want to consider getting Kodi...and the necessary addons which are easy to install...a lot easier without all the junk can I install it on my smart TV? my Samsung TV has flash so watching Wiziwig on the TV was pretty good. No Kodi has to be installed on a computer or specific players which get attached to your Tv. There are windows versions, android versions, and linux based versions. There are many many players out there which run Kodi very nicely around the $100 mark. I have one which is somewhat more expensive it is a Minix Neo X8-h plus, and is great! If you have a mind to, you could also build a computer to act as htpc...a home theatre computer with windows or linux. Even a Raspberry Pi 2...the latest which costs $35 will run Kodi quite nicely. hope this helps....

You must be kidding...there have been all sorts of examples where the new regime has been proactive. You're beginning to sound like Nate.
