  1. no it's really not!
  2. mfranc just likes to hear himself talk, doesn't really matter about what!
  3. oh give it a rest! What does that comment accomplish?
  4. Who cares...nothing can change...it's history!
  5. You don't like it don't read it. You add nothing!
  6. I know he would never use it as an excuse but one of the reporters there should have asked O'Shea how much not having a bye week yet has affected the players physically and mentally. He was asked that...and in his usual fashion...he said it didn't really matter because they make sure the players get their rest.
  7. and Toronto got to play that game at home
  8. It's a very small minority that wants Watson to go
  9. that not necessarily true...would you still say the same thing about Adrian Peterson now....who used to fumble on a regular basis?
  10. when and where did O'Shea say that?
  11. Like conspiracies do you? If it's all you got stick with it. No, I'm not into conspiracies at all, unless it involves a movie, then I'm interested. It's is a curious fact and that is all. Penalties called or not called are very irritating but all officials have a very tough job and will never be absolved no matter which way the call is made. It still doesn't change the fact that a team, that gets called for holds more than anybody, as per your information, suddenly has no holding calls. And that's all I said. Chances are Sask's front four will have to hold their blocks even longer now that Durant is out. This you'd think will make it very difficult to overlook blatant holds. You'd think. My guess is their next game will be filled with penalities or, business as usual. Yep. It's a conspiracy. Dirty Riders getting away with everything. I'll tell you what it's ridiculous. No holding penalties? Not a one? How's that possible? I'm done in this thread. Continue with the beeyotch fest. good...don't let the door hit your ass on the way out!
  12. Like conspiracies do you? If it's all you got stick with it. Much better than anything you have proposed that's for sure! Facts are tough for some people to deal with. Fact is the Riders have been called for holding more then any other team in the CFL. So are you suggesting that the refs ignored holding by the Riders, who they have called more then any other team, simply because they were playing the Bombers? My God! What a conspiracy! Outrageous that the Riders have everybody in their pocket! Lol Fact is you're not that funny. 2nd fact that you don't get is that they get called for holding more because they hold more. 3rd thing you don't get it that because of the officiating crew that was calling the game or rather not calling the game, miraculously the riders just stopped holding altogether. Why don't you just give your useless Rider arguments a rest for awhile. Are you really trying to hit 1000 posts in a month?

  14. Interesting - so they are #1 in holding in the league, then play two games (one I can see) in a row and don't get called for holding once. Put your green suit away for minute, or switch that over to the bombers. What would your comment be then? Anderson was tackled in Labour Day on his way to Durant (no call and Durant ended up with a 13 yard run to extend the game winning drive) and Pointbriand practically had his jersey ripped off off on Dressler's return for a TD in the open field, at the point of attack. If you called Glenn Johnson right now he'd admit the officials blew that one. Not saying we lost because of it - the Riders are still a better team right now, that's a fact. But as a CFL fan you should be concerned, because I'd love to hear your comments when Calgary beats you the same way and get away with holding called. If that happens, you come back to these series of games and keep your comments to yourself. Calls are missed every game. Going on and on about it does no good. If you think there is an agenda out there come out and say it. The point is I'm not going to whine and complain on here about missed calls because it tends to balance out. If you want to complain then fill your boots. What? The only reason your not going to whine and complain is because it is your team that didn't have any holding calls made...and there were several!
  15. One of the things I like best about this forum is the ignore feature. I can ignore any Sask person I want...one ignored...one not! I have everyone on the whole forum ignored except 17to85 he's awesome!
  16. You guys may like excuses but you'll never hear one from me. Sunseri may suck or he may be good. Personally I think the latter. With the team around him he doesn't have to be ridiculously good just solid. If he can avoid turnovers and make a few passes, which he has done in his limited playing time, he'll be okay. The Riders need to make the playoffs and then anything can happen. No excuses because injuries happen. I feel for Durant it really sucks for him...but I am tired of hearing about the Riders. We played them well for three game...done and over. Who cares about Sunseri? mfranc...if all your going to do while trying to tell us to focus on BC is keep defending Sunseri and your team...give it a rest for awhile!
  17. You are completely wrong. Look at where the Riders points came from in both games in Winnipeg. Offence didn't put up enough points in the first game and gave up 2 direct TDs, special teams did the same yesterday. If the O and ST don't hand the Riders points, both games in Winnipeg are easy Bomber wins even with 200 rushing yards against. When a team has a big lead their approach to the game changes. The only number that matters is the final score. But that big lead didn't come from the Riders offense, it came from special teams.... The Bombers won the battle on offense and defense yesterday, they just lost the special teams battle in a very lopsided manner. A win is a win, but when dissecting why a loss was a loss you can delve deeper into it than simply the final score. Let me ask you this, as a Rider fan were you pleased with the way the Riders offense played? Yes. Why? Because they controlled the game on the ground and protected the lead in the second half even while losing their starting QB (who was 8 for 9 passing at that point). but they didn't protect the lead... the lead kept shrinking on them in the 2nd half and the only reason they had the lead to start with was because of the special teams plays... I'll point it out again, the Riders offense twice had chances to make first downs late to take time off the clock and twice they failed to do so giving the Bombers chances to win the game again. The Riders defense did more to keep the lead than the offense did. You are looking at the offense from the standpoint of "we won so it all worked out" which is flawed. You have to ignore the final score to properly look at how things went. The alarm bells will only ring for the RR fanbase when Calgary punts them by a large margin. Of course they will blame it all on DD's injury. Okay. I find it rather amusing that the Bombers lose all three games, get run over in all three games and you still want to find fault with the team that beat the Bombers. When the Rider offence needed to step up in the LDC they did it. The last game? They did an excellent job of controlling the tempo and winning the game after their starting QB went down. The Stamps? I recall the Riders losing 2 out of 3 to them last year and then kicking their arse in their own house on the way to a Grey Cup romp. Regular season is just an audition. Sunseri will do fine (he's looked rather good in limited time so with a week of reps he'll be ready). You guy can focus on the Lions now. For the record, I think the Bombers can mop the floor with them. Cheers. If you want us to focus on the Lions..then quit defending Sask all the time...you are sounding like a broken record!
  18. Do you think Kuale is good as well? Not many tackles, don't remember seeing him make too many plays, remember him going offside, but I can't say if he's doing what they want him to do. I guess you can only tell what the coach thinks by who plays, who doesn't play, and by what position players they bring in. have not brought in a linebacker yet. Kuale made 1 tackle last game....his mouth made way more.
  19. It might be hilarious if Watson wasn't an injury prone player who is usually a good bet to get hurt every few games. It's still hilarious! The sky is falling
  20. This is hilarious! Guy maybe gets an injury for 10 minutes, so let's trade him!
  21. Good one!
  22. I'm pretty sure that's what 17to85 is trying to do. Actually 17to85 is just trying to goad him into an argument...there is nothing else he likes to do more!
  23. Waaaaa....you're not getting what you want...
  24. Thanks alot for doing this!
  25. No it doesn't prevent them, maybe they just didn't see a need too...ever think of that?
