Lumbering is an interesting way to describe a guy that has become famous for jumping over defenders to avoid tackles. Glad to entertain... So Nik Lewis does NOT look 'lumbering' you? He's 5'10 and 240 lbs... Lumbering as in runs over guys, deceptive speed as in jumps over Ike... but you know exactly what I meant and not unlike criticizing my TE/Coach post and then writing pretty much the same thing the next day... its cool, its your thing. Good grief! What does it take to get through some people's heads that just because you make an offer, or even a great offer, doesn't mean you're going to get that player. There are all sorts of reasons why players choose one place over another!

Not so sure I would even want Glenn. Don't forget he played in Calgary on a very good team, with a very good running back to take the pressure off. He also had the best offensive coordinator! The only thing he might bring here is the quick release if our O line does not improve enough! The thing I'll never forget about Glenn is his ability to throw a pick at the absolute worst time, over and over again!

I totally disagree with the usually negative take of Iso on virtually everything and on what happened at the press conference. I thought all parties handled themselves very well considering certain members of the media were in "trap" mode. I thought a lot of "thoughtful" answers were given, and I was especially impressed with our new qb. I have also yet to be disappointed by Mike O'Shea. Kyle was his usual self, and thinks before he blurts somethng out. What else was he supposed to say to some of the questions?i

Can't worry about cutting a player who is not cutting it just because his brother might not come back.
