I have a novel idea. Perhaps they should hire an independent consultant and have them sit done with the people in the organization and find out from them their roles, their perception of exactly what is going on there. You can even include the BoD if you like. Clearly that organization has no defined leader and no clear communication chain. Whatever happened to Watchorn's demand for a code of conduct?

Chris Jones' role as AGM in Toronto is in the area of player personnel and off season scouting. At some point people need to realize there is more to being a GM than player personnel.

What gave you the notion that slashing costs was an issue....there is a difference between spending for the sake of spending. What gave you an indication that cost savings in any way handcuffed football. Mike Kelly was a large blemish no doubt but the debt reduction was more a product of WEC , city and province debenture forgiveness that was negotiated.

Quality people can often be a greater asset than simply a large quantity of coaches.
