The defence leads the league in points off of turnovers. The time of possession is so out of balance resulting in the defence being on the field a ridiculous amount of time......and all this is a result of the DC......Seriously?

This tea has been successful because of the play of the QB and the turnover ratio. The defence has been terrible against the run. That isn't due to poor scheme or poor DC play calling, it is due to inferior LB talent. You can they decide who is responsible for that.

I am not convinced that we can blame Hall for the quality and ability of his LB corp. Hurl isn't a front line guy.....

Is Hall responsible for the personnel he has available at LB? Not sure the LB Corp is really good enough

I thought part of the rationale for increasing the number of DIs was due to the fact that there was a shortage of quality National kickers available.

The curious aspect of LaPo's rehire at the time was if it was encouraged by upper management at the time. Given the somewhat tenuous status of MOS, ( heaven forbid) was LaPo perceived as the solution if it was deemed necessary to fire MOS?

Perhaps you need to have a separate National list as a quick count you only have maybe 10% Nationals on your list.

The risk of signing a vet who has an injury history is you may own him if he gets hurt. Hoping that a quality National is going to get released from another team is not a good plan. National depth is paramount and teams know it. You better hoard, hide or fake injure them to secure depth.

Not sure the Jets are....or will ever be in danger of being to close to the Cap ceiling . They might be more concerned about just staying above the Cap floor.

Regardless of how you want to structure and distribute Nationals in the ratio the critical element is still insuring that you have adequate depth.
