I'd be a little worried if that's our 3rd pairing - don't get me wrong, better than Stu in the top 6, but still.. If I had to send a critique Chevy's way this offseason, it's the lack of additions to the blue line. Strait isn't a viable option for the big club IMO. Morrissey is unproven (so far) and Postma is a 27 yr old journeyman with all of 120 NHL games in 5 years. Hopefully Trouba is locked up & maybe more player movement happens - until then I don't think our D is good enough to get back to the playoffs. 17/18 feels more like our year...

Investigated, fine. I have some problem with it, because we may be the only team caught. When its common knowledge suspected other teams are doing it, would it not seem appropriate to you to investigate all the teams?? a league-wide investigation may be needed, should any other accusations or reasoning come up. I know you guys are hoping beyond hope that the riders get nailed to the wall but I think you may be disappointed. I know you guys see this as the 2nd of two major roster violations already this month, but remember this is Chris Jones. A winner. And this is the Riders. Canada's Team. Why don't you love us, again? We're the bestest.

Fines are meaningless for the Rider franchise right now. If it turns out they acted out of line, take away their 1st rounder next year. And sure, go ahead and check out what every other team does too. If the Bombers are pulling crap like that I'd be on their ass too. ...but it's not like anyone, let alone a star player, has accused us of anything. And it's not like we haven't had other roster violations already this month. Something smells worse than normal in Regina right now.
