Getzlaf, however not with his next contract

I don't disagree with the people that want access to the coordinators, my issue is when there was access, what did the media ask? Nothing. They may have had an interview or 2 in the offseason which may or may not had to do with football, but when it comes to during the regular season, our media always went to the GM, or the HC.

You're giving Winnipeg media a lot of credit for them to ask schematic questions

Getting older coming off 2 back to back season ending injuries? Not sure what you're on, but I'll buy a few grams. -
I'll let you know how that argument goes with my wife

Not the savior but better than Price and Smith. Having said that, being in a Milanovich offence doesn't hurt. -
I don't think this is as big of a deal as it once was. It is when you start 8 nationals when only 4 are capable of starting. Name me a CFL team that has 8 (or even 7) NIs that are legitimate starters... Some are just more passable than others due the position they play. In other words, you don't know.

That and the fact that albeit the Lions O-line was pretty darn good on pass protection, they were sub par for run blocking.

If Bowman makes it to FA, there's not a chance Hervey lets Stafford go

Would have to act now. I can't imagine Allen being jobless that long and Harris would only be available February 9 -
We need a true number one receiver, a DL, and a MLB

Let Desjardins have first dibs to Bellefeuille -
He was OC in 2008 that went to their 3rd stringer after injuries and had to resort to Michael Freaking Bishop. He was receivers coach before that

o.k...who is the best choice and why? Someone who hasn't failed here twice already for obvious reasons. Lapo has been stuck on TSN for the last few years, that says something to me about how in demand the guy is. Yeah he's the most experienced candidate out there... but that isn't exactly much to hang your hat on. Actually if you watch the interview you will hear that he said there are reasons why he stayed with TSN and turned down potential offers. Not to mention it's been reported/confirmed Oshea talked to him about the OC job when he first started but lapo said he wasn't interested at that time. Probably the payout from his last stint outweighed that of an OC

I think it's funny that Ottawa declined for the Bombers to talk to Maas, and now the Redblacks might lose half the staff -

Interview or confirmed hire? Twitter said RBs expect him to be gone to Edmonton. Also, Dinwiddie going to Calgary to work under DD... Not only that but sounds like Maas would want a few Assistants to come with him. Redblacks are moving quickly to sign all their Assistants before that happens -
Wouldn't Jim Popp and the Als be close for that award, what with his 4 stints as HC?
-
I think the Bombers will be interested in him, either as an offensive assistant under LaPo or as ST coach. WHy not re hire a string of old Head coaches that the Bombers have fired. Lapolice as OC Mike Kelly as Receivers coach Dyce as STC Doug Berry as QBC Jim Daley as the guy who gets Wade Miller Coffee and stuff Edit, I'm aware that Dyce was never HC of the Bombers

Yeah, and I get reminded of how good he was in 2010 every time I see that insurance ad and they show that run he did for a TD against Hamilton in his first ever game in Blue. He was at the top of his game in 2010 all right, especially considering his receivers that year were Terence Edwards and Jaymael Smith. Don't forget Adarius Bowman, Terrence Jeffers Harris, and Brock Ralph
-
I think this is key as well. Coaching staff is pretty much set which means we should have a head start of selecting guys we want to re sign and figuring out which guys we want to key on for Free Agency.
-
It's funny that people are insinuating that Lapolice is the only OC that had Great players to work with
