  1. and got cut a month into the regular season.
  2. Hopefully he trades Collaros here for Steve Morely before making the jump.
  3. I'd be happy with Kohlert and Etienne being our main two Canadian receivers going forward.
  4. And he wasn't exactly an NFL superstar. He had a couple of decent years but he was never on a big money contract.
  5. Bombers have stated they plan on starting Neufeld, a non import, at right tackle next season. Thats funny considering we don't have a head coach or GM for next season.
  6. He's a Canadian we drafted so yes we have his rights.
  7. Aaron Kelly drawing back into the lineup isn't the worst thing in the world.
  8. Foster is a good Canadian backup, but he has no business playing over Etienne.
  9. Does this really surprise you? He also suggested we protect Poblah and mentions the likes of James Green over Etienne. Is Poblah worth protecting in round 2?
  10. That's a pretty good list but theres no way Kohlert isn't the first group over Swiston. Also, I don't see any situation where we would choose to protect Steve Morely. I'd be shocked if he was even brought back next year. I'd also be inclined to keep Will Ford over either Suber or Stewart but thats nitpicking.
  11. I'm okay with Hall as the backup, but definitely not as the starter. I hope we learned from cutting Elliot and Brink that you shouldn't cut what you have until someone else proves that they're better.
  12. Burke's been spinning the tires all season. I don't see how anyone could suggest firing Burke would be throwing him under the bus. I agree, Burke is awful, but so is the roster. Really, we do not have a .500 team with Trestman or Huffer on the sidelines. This team is easily 9-9 with one of those guys, and Max Hall probably wouldn't be our starting QB either.
  13. Was Etienne benched or hurt?
  14. The paid attendance might've been 28000, but there definitely wasn't more than say 25000 people in the seats today.

  16. Outside of the receivers and Muamba there really isn't a lot of value there. Of course guys like Labbe and Sorensen would be nice to have back but nobody crucial.
  17. Anyone think Thomas DeMarco is a bona fide starting qb? I think he's a career backup. If DeMarco is the best qb on the Lions roster with Lulay out just how bad has Joey Elliott been as the #3 qb? The fact BC traded for Pierce speaks volumes. I'm kind of surprised he isn't starting this week.
  18. Higgins hasn't been a GM in a decade, I'm not sure he would be my first choice.
  19. How could we even consider taking a near 40 year old Burris over Collaros?
  20. Ray is 4-4 this season while Collaros is 5-2, not to mention Ricky Ray turns 35 next season and has faced injury issues the last couple of years and the Argos have more of a debate then one might think. Ray might be a better fit for the Argos, but Collaros is a better fit for the Bombers IMO.
  21. Well, at the time Denmark was playing god awful and deserved all the criticism he got. But, he turned it around and is playing fantastic right now. I was one of the people calling him to be benched so I won't hesitate to eat my words on that one
  22. Everyone is regressing aside from Denmark and Washington(and a handful of other guys...) Thats definitely because of coaching.
  23. Both of the int's were taken away by blatant pass interference calls, which, if the receivers hadn't been interfered with, they probably would have caught the ball. There's reasons to doubt Hall, but you can't say that the INT's were just "taken away by penalties" - they occurred due to illegal acts by the Montreal players. The first interception was taken away by a penalty from Chip Cox who was on the other side of the field. You're right about the second though, Parker literally pushed Kohlert down and then intercepted the ball.
