Why are we scared of Edmonton? They got lucky to come out of here with a win in Strevlers first career start.

Too bad one of those Jennings victories against us was in the playoffs.

I wouldn’t be surprised at all if there’s no cross over this year.

I’m sure if Lulay was 100% healthy he’d be playing already. I think he needs a couple more weeks before BC throws him in there behind that atrocious O-line.

Not to take anything away from our D because they played a great game, but Jennings missed a lot of easy throws and was flat out terrible. It's easy to look good when you're playing QB's as bad as Jennings or Willy. We need to have a game like this against Reilly, BLM or even Trevor Harris.

I wasn't happy about the Bowman signing, and he's actually been worse than I expected. For all the talk on this board about Dressler being a luxury, Bowman should be on any potential chopping block long before Dressler. I fully expect Bowman to be one and done in his return here. Demski also needs to start going North-South rather than East-West all of the time. He dances around far too much trying to avoid being hit or trying to make a home run play and it costs us yards. Aside from those two things, we played a great game. It was nice to see our D attacking the ball and making plays. It was even better seeing Matt Nichols back out there. He missed a few throws he would ordinarily make, but it in his season debut you can't complain about much. I'm sure he'll be a lot better against BC next in his second game back, which spells trouble for them.

12/13 in terms of completion percentage of QB's with over 75 attempts last year. Coincidentally, the only QB he was more accurate than was Collaros.

You have to think there’s a decent chance he starts this week. Great news.

Bridge is a true Bishop 2.0. Jennings is another hail mary QB, but he's at least somewhat decent. Bridge is the spitting image of Bishop.

Masoli usually struggles with his accuracy, we should also give some credit where it's due. He played an exceptional game against us. By no means does that make me a Richie Hall fan, I'm just saying that it's a two way street.

Matthews is awful. I'm sure Vernon Adams will be in the game by halftime. I don't know how Montreal went into this season without somewhat rectifying their QB situation. There were guys available this year.

I thought Willy actually played a pretty good game before he went down. It’s too bad he got hurt.

I still regret losing Travis Bond, inserting him into the lineup over Neufeld was a huge part of our turnaround. It seems odd that a few years later we would make the switch back. I would also like to see Flanders get back into the lineup, as the two back set with Strevelers running ability could be dangerous.

There was horrible officiating all around in that game. The PI on the challenge, the hold on the Reilly touchdown run, the fiasco with the horse collar and the phantom penalty, and of course the “contacting” the kicker penalty on Long. Just awful.

I believe that Jones is a better coverage safety than loffler. Just not as good at tackling or hitting.

We can't honestly be surprised about Neufeld being hurt. He's better suited to be a 6th O-linemen or utility man at this stage. Relying on him to stay healthy all year would be fools gold.

It absolutely is. He's better than Carmicheal or Macho Harris, but he's still by far the weakest link we have back there. The only positive thing is, he's just a placeholder until Leggett is fully healthy regardless.

I thought Nichols should’ve been the MOP last year before he got hurt. But, if Streveler keeps playing the way he is, I’m not sure you can take this guy off the field.

Dresseler is still a much better and more valuable player than Bowman in my opinion. With that being said, I wouldn’t replace anyone on our O. The only thing I would like to see is Flanders get on the roster as a DI to utilize those two back sets.

Those call backs were also on very questionable penalties.

The Rider O wasn't impressive last week I can't imagine they'll be better by moving Carter to defense. That's a curious and odd move in my mind.
