A starting Canadian QB should count as a Canadian towards the ratio. You shouldn't be allowed to dress another import if you have a backup Canadian QB, but if one of your seven starters is Canadian that should count. There would be some issues implenting that if he got hurt or benched, but then you'd have to treat the backup QB like a DI IMO.

He's the best Michael Bishop, but to be fair Bishop carved out a pretty long career. I honestly don't see him as much worse of a prospect than say Jonathan Jennings.

Well, he will be 29 next year. He's not exactly a young developmental guy.

Yup that would be fair. Neither team wanted to win this game, Masoli made some bad throws, but the Ticats dropped nearly a dozen passes as well.

The only major concern for me is his health at this point. If he stays healthy it should be a good deal for both sides.

The only surefire starting QB's for 2018 I see right now are BLM, Reilly, Nichols, Harris and Franklin. It'll be interesting to see what happens with the Quarterback musical chairs throughout the rest of this year and next off season.

I was pretty excited to sign Okpalaugo, after suffering through guys like Greg Peach I thought it would be nice to have a different maker in that spot. It's a shame he's struggled so much, but it would still be nice if we could flip him for someone else. Getting Ricky Collins from the Riders for example would've been a mutually beneficial trade.

I agree with everything in this post. O'Sheas reluctance to make changes until his back is against the wall is his biggest flaw. Him finally willing to make adjustments when his job was in jeopardy last year was a big part of our turnaround.

Carmichael should've been cut after week two, I don't know how he managed to stay on the roster for half the season.

Bowman is struggling this year, going on 33 years old, failing to stay healthy and is the highest paid receiver in the league.

Wild and Bass both struggled playing in the middle for us.

Foster was a SAM linebacker and Bazzie was a DE. Neither one fits a major need for us. I'd rather allocate that money to a DB, WIL, MLB or receiver.
