Nope that was a bad coaching decision Edm moved him inside where the ball would get to him quicker less thinking on his part.He had all the tools we didn't use him right. Championship teams can't rely on players as inconsistent as Bowman. That guy leaves way too many plays on the field.

Denmark is a more effective receiver than Moore with Drew Willy at QB IMO.

Tajh was eager to play in the CFL and being on Hamilton's negotiation list, they have to offer him a contract. Seen as how they have Collaros, Masoli and Mathews ... not really much room for him, so instead of losing him for nothing, they knew he was highly regarded enough that they could get something for him. Everytime I have seen Massoli play he didn't look good at all. I agree, but Jeff Matthews looks good and Austin is high on his former college QB.

Seriously? If Matt Nichols plays good enough to even be considered competition for Drew Willy there's no way he re-signs here. I can't even imagine a situation where Matt Nichols is considered legit competition to Drew Willy . With Drew Willy as our QB, we beat the Riders 40-7 last week so let's not get crazy here.

IMO last season will end up being his greatest accomplishment as a pro. He'll be out of the league by 2017. I'd take him over DeMarco in Ottawa but that's about it. I'd take the chance on an unproven guy like Jeff Matthews in Hamilton before I would go with a mediocre QB like Crompton. He has no future in the CFL. I'm hoping he gets the start this week so we can see exactly what Nichols vs Crompton looks like. The only player being wildly overrated around here is Matt Nichols. I'd rather the Bombers find out if he's a good QB or not than the Riders.

I'm not sure who's a free agent this year, but I'd rather give his money to a guy like John Chiles at this point. This is just one injury too many for Moore.

I disagree. We can win games with Nichols.I think it'll take 4 more wins to make the playoffs. Let's say we beat Montreal, BC, Ottawa once and another win somewhere. It's definitely doable with Nichols and the D playing at a high level. Montreal with Marsh and BC with Beck we can beat. Montreal with Cato/Crompton and BC with Lulay are both questionable games. I can't really see us beating anyone else unless the defense keeps playing how they did this week - which isn't sustainable.

It really depends if and when Willy can play again this year.

Really. If this game doesn't get the American punter on the roster and Stoudermire off of it, I'm not sure what Hajrullahu and Stoudermire have to show in terms of negative play to get sat/lose the punting job. Hajrullahu's miscues around punting are costing us points every game. They've both been completely awful in those areas all season. We should've stuck with Veltung as the returner over Stoud to begin with.

That one was iffy. I didn't think he had the ball long enough for it to be ruled a catch.

If a team like Ottawa wanted Nichols I imagine that they would have him given that the Esks gave him away for less than peanuts.

Henoc Muamba and there's no hesitation or thinking twice about it. An adequate backup QB does not have equal value to a star Canadian defensive player.
