Crompton wasn't very good actually.. he was very very average, threw for less than 200 yards. He wasn't good. Not the best time to make that comparison. Crompton didn't win the game for the Als and rarely to never does. Yet he was still miles better than Nichols. Nice try though.

Today wasn't MB's fault. Today was on the players. Sure the receivers didn't help but did you watch the play calling. MB doesn't get a mulligan just because the players played like their OC. Utter crap. I thought the play calling was fine today. Problem was the players. The players couldn't execute, made too many mistakes. I do think there's a leadership problem. Watch the game again... bombers biggest gains were on broken plays or second effort by Marshall. Teams are waiting for the Denmark fly and the hitch screen. They know that MB doesn't move the pocket. Keep building the pressure as the game progresses and the bombers will break. agreed. Hitch plays, runs up the middle.. 23 of 48 for Nichols, 48 fn passes. UNREAL. The play calling is so predictable and vanilla. One good half vs the worst D in the league does not save MB's ass. Did you want us to run the ball when we were down 32-3?

I thought he was playing decently before that pick. That was one of the worst plays I've ever seen.

Nope that was a bad coaching decision Edm moved him inside where the ball would get to him quicker less thinking on his part.He had all the tools we didn't use him right. Championship teams can't rely on players as inconsistent as Bowman. That guy leaves way too many plays on the field.

Denmark is a more effective receiver than Moore with Drew Willy at QB IMO.

Tajh was eager to play in the CFL and being on Hamilton's negotiation list, they have to offer him a contract. Seen as how they have Collaros, Masoli and Mathews ... not really much room for him, so instead of losing him for nothing, they knew he was highly regarded enough that they could get something for him. Everytime I have seen Massoli play he didn't look good at all. I agree, but Jeff Matthews looks good and Austin is high on his former college QB.

What's a realistic target for him? The October 24th game against Ottawa? The WSF?

Seriously? If Matt Nichols plays good enough to even be considered competition for Drew Willy there's no way he re-signs here. I can't even imagine a situation where Matt Nichols is considered legit competition to Drew Willy . With Drew Willy as our QB, we beat the Riders 40-7 last week so let's not get crazy here.

I'd rather the Bombers find out if he's a good QB or not than the Riders.

I'm not sure who's a free agent this year, but I'd rather give his money to a guy like John Chiles at this point. This is just one injury too many for Moore.
