if they have a lot of wide differences, one would suspect Mike would not hire Marshal. Im torn. I like the idea of getting a young, dynamic guy. But who knows what kind of DC he will be. With Marshal, you know what you're getting. Is it a flashy, aggresive style we all love? No. But he's been successful. He's very experienced. Does anyone know what we could expect with Miles?

Digital Home is a fantastic (and Canadian) forum for everything electronic. They have a forum about Home Theatre and the people there are incredible knowledgable. They will tell you if you want the best system to build one (ie. not by a Home Theatre in a box, which means the receiver, speakers etc all come together). However, I bought a 7.1 Surround Sound system in a box from Visions a few years ago. Onkyo Brand. Very good in my opinion. Those rare times that I turn on the TV sound instead of surround sound makes me really appreciate having it. If you spend money on a good TV but dont have a sound system, it's just not doing justice. What did you end up getting?

It wouldnt surprise me if MB's hands were tied on some things this past season, so I wouldn't hang Boltus on him (aside from their past relationship). I messaged someone yesterday and said the rumour was MB was staying and the reply was "No way, he hated it here". So obviously something changed.

What's done is done. You can't trust Walters and Oshea and also hate this hire. Marcel is our OC. Let's give him the talent and support to succeed. I think he will do fine.

The other thing is, if MC is OC, are they hiring a specific QB Coach? I'd wait til the entire staff is revealed to make a complete judgement. If MC as OC with KJ as QB Coach a little better? Sure seems KJ's stock has fallen...

Im surprised as I was under a pretty good impression that he was looking forward to leaving, with an eye on Ottawa. Having said that, I like him. Did a pretty darn good job with very little to work with here. He's a good professional guy. I dont want my personal feelings to cloud my judgement (he's a nice guy) but I think he's a good OC. And maybe he "deserves" the opportunity to work within a better situation after airlifting into a bad one. Do we assume Khari had a poor interview?

Calgary being in a better position might be attractive. But the Bombers situation may appeal to him. Bombers are essentially a blank canvas. And as stated above, coming in and having a positive impact not only looks good but feels good. In Calgary, he'd be getting in on something that already exists. Here, he'd be one member of a new team that intends to grow and suceed together. I'd be more enthuesiastic about Winnipeg gig.

Was he even interviewed or are we assuming he'd up for the gig because he held it last.

I dont think Marcel wants to be here but I would not be unhappy if he was the OC. I'd prefer Cortez or Khari. We also should have a dedicated QB coach.
