I think a lot of the Maurice-should-be-fired talk is gone and well should be. We see his influence in how the Jets play. But it definitely relies on having a big, fast, skilled team executing that style. When they dont, and especially when the opposing team is "winning", the Jets seem to never make in-game adjustments. They stick to their plan, no matter what. So hopefully, they can execute at a high level and not get down against the Preds tomorrow.

The biggest thing with Rudy is him saying Trump wont speak to Mueller because of a "perjury trap". How is telling the truth a perjury trap? It isnt, unless you have already lied like crazy or you know you will keep lying. It doesnt even matter what Trump has said in tweets or interviews. When he sits down under oath or with the FBI, he just has to tell the truth then and no perjury. Rudy treats this like its an accepted normal thing that Trump cannot speak without perjuring himself. Its absurd.

The Jets generally seem poor at in-game adjustments. Thats on coaching. Looking ill-prepared, thats on coaching and leadership of the team. The Jets had their chances last night. Rinne played really well. Preds dont like when they are being pushed and every time the Jets seemed to rally, Preds seemed to wilt. If we had scored on any of our chances, it likely changes the whole game. preds play the trap well and just muddy up the lanes and make it hard to play skilled hockey against them. It would suck for the skilled team to lose to a trap team. But our coaches have to find a way to break through, like they did in Game 5. Really, Jets have to score first and then keep the pressure on. if Preds are forced to actually try to play offensively, it opens the game up and we'll win, barring Rinne stealing it. But Preds score first, they simply play trap hockey and wait for mistakes/opportunities.

The choke-hold defense, I was taught in one of my courses. Reach back and grab a guys junk. Also raising your hands straight up in the air and turning away. I dont think i've ever been put in a choke-hold though. Fortunately, most idiots at the bar think they're UFC fighters and take some fighter stance they saw on TV and want to throw bombs. After they miss the first one, they are generally tied up pretty easily. One of our courses was with a guy named Bissett (I cant recall his first name). He was a security expert and bodyguard. Im really enjoying The Terror as well although as my gf says "I cant tell WTF they're saying half the time" lol I agree, the series probably works without the supernatural element. But I can see the pitch being rejected without it. Otherwise, we're just showing a crew slowly starve and have a sad ending. The same is true with the beast but it creates more drama I guess.

I think the small and mid-size SUV market will be fine. They are pretty good on gas and people want the extra room and options. Trucks appeal to truck people and I dont think too many truck people will suddenly switch to a prius because of gas. I replaced my V8 Grand Cherokee with a Cherokee Trailhawk, one of the reasons for the decrease in size being gas. But I wouldnt go any smaller.

I think its just to make the point that he's a UFA that was picked up at the deadline to help the Jets in the playoffs.

Yup, its kind of obvious to people when they arent trolling. Now, hopefully Hendricks has the game of his life tonight (if he plays). But it would be going against the odds.

I figured Maurice was playing a hunch with Hendricks the first time. But it certainly doesnt explain why'd do it again.

Roslo is better in every way and can play up the line up should that be needed. Not the end of the world though. Hopefully Little is good to go.
