  1. Im not sure if the NHL uses Impact testing but I believe the general protocol is to pass all tests and be symptom free for 7 days...or something like that.
  2. If this was the Obama admin or Bush admin, it would be like the biggest piece of holy **** news to drop as far as the behind the scenes admin stuff. The fact its the Trump admin and they KNEW and did nothing, elevated him to a place where he handles top secret items when he couldnt get a security clearance (how does that one even work??) and then when its public, no less than the Chief of Staff and Press Secretary publicly defend him and its like "oh another day at the office". And FOX barely mentions it. Oh so he beat up two ex-wives, cant get a security clearance, is dating one of the highest ranking White House officials...nothing to see here. If everything his pals say is true, that he's such a wonderful guy, compared with some of the accounts of him flipping out and then apologizing, it should cause grave concern for a guy with that level of violent impulse control issues to be roaming the West Wing and meeting with the President. Yikes. EDIT: And then when the White House finally gives in and announces he's leaving, its not "he was fired because we have zero tolerance for this". It's "sadly he is being forced to resign but not right away...we want an orderly transition from this piece of **** to the next". I loved Kelly's second statement which he had to release to do damage control after his first glowing statement. He doubles down by insisting he stood behind everything he said. Imagine that conversation with the Communications Director (oh who happens to be the girlfriend of the abuser): Hicks: "general, you're statement of support is going over very badly. We need damage control. Can you release a new statement?" Kelly: "Sure. Ill reenforce everything I said in the first statement. That should do it." Hicks: "Ummm, I dont think you understand..." As if Hicks would say that...
  3. Comrie recalled. Hutch out with concussion. Good thing we have some goalie depth.
  4. Another prospect doing well 20 years old. 6’2. 187lbs. From Brandon. Plays for Prince Albert. Chosen 5th round in 2016.
  5. Yeah but that $400 they have been saying was a pipe dream and they know it. I've heard internally they wanted $250 but asked for $400. Its possible they can squeeze FOX for a few bucks more if they're already at $250. WWE did the same thing, promising way more than they could be expected to deliver and they got sued over it since they're publicly traded and were accused of lying. A lot of ties between UFC and WWE in that WWE's stock has been skyrocketing on expectations of significant TV rights fee increase and they expire after UFC...so UFC sort of helps set a market value. WWE delivers higher ratings and get higher rights fees. So if UFC gets $250, WWE will be looking for closer to $300 which would be incredible for them (incredibly profitable). Maybe in the $270 range. I think you're right though, UFC was hoping to ride their wave of popularity to a crazy rights fee when they were bought, with the idea the huge debt wouldnt be an issue. WWE carries very little debt and is very profitable making them a likely target for a buy out at some point.
  6. 20 years old. 5’8”. 161lbs. Plays for Portland Winterhawks. 7th round pick by the jets in 2017.
  7. FOX has reportedly offered UFC $250 million per year under a new TV contract, up from their initial $200 million. UFC will make $168 million this year so $250 would be a significant increase. There is talk of UFC potentially dropping some of the lower level PPV's and running more specials with FOX. I'd assume this would dampen FOX's interest in WWE unless they really want to juice their sports programming (which actually is a greater focus since selling most of their assets to Disney).

  9. Sony still owns Spiderman so he could be in it, couldnt he? I thought he was supposed to be in it. Its a weird deal because if I was Marvel and I came in to save Spiderman for Sony, I'd want the same deal on all the Marvel characters Sony has rights to. Basically, Marvel helped Sony and Sony is going to reap the benefits?
  10. Yikes they knew since November.
  11. Hmmmm I for one would rather sign my ticket and take the chance that I might win half a billion dollars and bn outed than not sign it and potentially lose the damn ticket. I imagine it sucks to win a lot of money and be all over the news. But thats the deal when you buy a ticket. The lottery should offer her a deal - decline the win and we wont publish your name. See if she'd prefer that.
  12. 205Live is now being produced by Hunter. Vince stepped aside when the Enzo thing happened and they brought in Rockstar Spud as GM. So...if 205live suddenly gets better, we'll know why.
  13. From a different source: https://www.mediaite.com/online/senior-trump-aide-and-rumored-hope-hicks-bf-resigns-after-both-ex-wives-accuse-him-of-abuse/ White House senior aide Rob Porterresigned on Wednesday after both of his ex wives came forward to accuse him of extensive emotional and physical abuse. Holderness, a senior analyst for the U.S. government, said that she and Willoughby were interviewed by the FBI when Porter was vetted for security clearance for his White House job. Though both women told the FBI that Porter had abused them — and Holderness even shared photos of her injuries — he kept his job in the White House, though he reportedly never received security clearance. The allegations leveled against Porter — a powerful figure in the Trump administration who is rumored to be dating communications director Hope Hicks — have reportedly sent the White House into chaos:
