They like his speed on that third line. I think i'd prefer to see Roslo get a chance there but Roslo gets PP time so even though he's 4th line, he's been given a chance to play skilled minutes.

They certainly can do that. Its an unanswered questions, where is Prime Lorca. One theory I have is that the crew being held captive (they killed one of them in front of Lorca) is PRIME Buron crew. And the two ships traded places. I seem to be in the minority with that opinion though lol But for me, the issue is still similar. If they keep Isaacs as Prime Lorca next season, we still get the wonderful actor. But we dont get the really interesting character. He would be different. One other possibility is that Michael keeps his secret and we get Mirror Lorca forever. But the preview for next week shows Saru addressing the crew saying its no longer Lorca's ship...so I assume she spills the beans to everyone and Lorca is considered a bad guy. It would be more nuanced if he was a rebel and thus a "good guy" in the Mirror Universe. We'll find out soon enough.

Which is a great deal since, you know, Mexico is paying for everything lol Talk is White House wanted Dems to agree to some of their harder line immigration reforms though since the wall is still not a certainty. I loved Party of Five but the narrative would be a big issue if they used the original characters. Where do the stories come from when you have 5 siblings where the youngest is, what, 30-something? Even if you picked one of them to base the show around, you'd essentially need to kill off the rest to come back to the original premise. So I can see why they'd just use the same premise with new characters.

Im surprised they did it because it opens up some issues. Such as, who's Captain next season? But it was ballsy. And really interesting. The cool twist is that its not a bad guy or at least we dont know. Is he a bad guy trying to over-throw the Emperor to become emperor himself? is he a rebel who wants reform? They also have to wrap all this up pretty neatly because by the time of Kirk, there is no knowledge of the Mirror Universe and we know the Emperor of that time is a bad guy (because Spock ends up over-throwing him).

It’s some twisting to blame dems. They rely on the basic fact that to pass they need some dems to support it. But trump already said he’d sign any bipartisan bill and then changed his mind. Also he’s the one that suspended DACA. He could also extend CHIP but wants it attached to this bill so he can say dems are robbing Americans. But the White House doesn’t want DACA anyway. And ofcourse why are they even arguing over funding for the wall when Mexico is going to pay for it lol

I’ve been really busy this weekend so haven’t had my eyes and ears glued to the news but I feel like the White House is doing a good job of getting their word out that this is the dems fault. It sounds like Schumer conceded the wall but republicans still won’t Agree. They want DACA off the bill. Because they don’t want DACA. They want those people deported. Period. Dems should stand their ground on that (they probably won’t).
