I think it’s timing. Polling and circumstance show the GOP at risk of losing pretty badly in the midterms this year. So they are all scared to death of adding any negativity. If they come out and condemn trump or create the sense of strife, they think it will make it worse. However, once the mid terms are over, especially if the dems clean up, I think you’ll see the republicans begin to turn on trump and each other.

Toby is UFA next season so at the deadline, he's a great rental. But Jets wont trade him. You dont get rid of assets going into the playoffs.

If its good enough. I'd trade Matthias. I'd be on the fence about trading Hutch or Toby especially. On one hand, its not the norm to have three NHL ready goalies so sure, trade Hutch. We're weak on LHD without Toby. If we traded him, we'd be looking to rent another LHD for the playoffs. Thus, dont trade him. Plus, I think the Jets will want him to return next season anyway.

Jets are too good this year to trade almost anyone of any note. Event pending UFA's because they basically become our own rental player, rather then trading for a rental.

In this case, he met with the PM of Norway and decided he liked them. I used to think the idea that he might have dementia or something was just criticism. "oh he's nuts" sort of thing. But if you really follow how he speaks, what he says etc, Im no doctor, but there's something missing. I did see two doctors on CNN debate this issue. One said that you can find evidence of dementia by examine a person's speech patterns years ago and comparing it to today and in his opinion there are clear signs. The other doctor who was arguing against this agreed Trump should be removed but because he's just an ignorant jackass. lol
