  1. Great guy. Appeared for PCW just for fun. Glad to hear it’s worked out.
  2. Your mask slips a lot but perhaps never more so than now. When you love and admire a racist criminal it speaks volumes about you. It’s a mirror. Sad!
  3. Trump is a very small petty man.
  4. Bernie has no shot. And he delivers exactly what the gop wants. The emotional would stop being about trump and all his wrong doings and would be all about socialism. Plus the fact the guy just had a heart attack. No chance. Mayor Pete is the ideal outsider choice. Warren is the ideal choice overall.
  5. The Col. being removed from NSC. And now
  6. If the Dems are stupid enough to nominate Bernie they’ll get four more years of trump.
  7. MMA related: https://www.forbes.com/sites/paulgift/2020/02/04/legacy-fighting-alliance-lfa-sues-axs-tv-anthem-breach-of-contract-mma-news/#6930b65a2a17 AXS is owned by Anthem, the parent of Impact wrestling and owned by Leo Asper. Legacy Fighting wants $700,000 for breach of contract. “They did us dirty, but it is what it is,” said LFA CEO Ed Soares of AXS TV last November.
  8. When he hear wheelers comments and not just read them he sure does make it sound like buff is done. Or at least wheeler thinks he is.
  9. Vince is very smart. About one thing. And his best days there are way behind him. Football leagues, bodybuilding leagues, arenas, streaming networks, restaurants, boxing, movies etc. All failed.
  10. But he is taking a huge risk. Unless you’re suggesting the XFL is a safe bet. Vince is solely funding this. So his plan is to hopefully begin making a profit in 3 years when he’s 77? And then eventually recoup his investment when? By the time he’s 85, 90? yeah he’s really concerned about the initial investment.
  11. A good time to remind people that the cities policy on speed enforcement and school zones is not remotely about safety. It’s about money. The last thing they want you to do is abide the speed limit.
  12. Yeah I assume there is something to the settlement aspect. Is there a recapture penalty for a player like Buff with a lower term? Wasnt that for those really long deals? Also, if he retires, he's still Jets' "property", so maybe they have some obligations to him and he to them. And both sides want to just walk away. I do wonder if another team would take a chance on Buff for a playoff run and if he's be motivated enough to play his ass off for a shorter period like that. This gives him that freedom should he want to.
  13. reading between the lines, Wheeler hates his guts and they clearly had a knock down drag out brawl in the locker room.
  14. WWE Q4 earnings call...Im no analyst but some interesting news. The reason Vince fired the two President's seems related to the Network. Vince said they are in talks with third parties about licensing content. ie. It appears WWE might sell their PPV's to a third party, much like UFC did. DAZN might be a good fit. Barring that, they could take them back to traditional PPV, but it sure sounds like a licensing/sale deal is imminent. Vince said as early as next quarter. Mentioned bringing in new people to keep things focused which I read as acknowledging creative sucks but Vince is the Captain so anyone coming in is occupying deck chairs on Vince's titanic. Plays loose with the numbers trying to say certain things are up. Revenue is, due to TV deals but everything else is more or less stagnant or down. For example, noted live event revenue is down but said its because they ran less events as if they could run more events and increase revenue when the truth is, they cut live events because they were losing money. Also appears a delay in their India TV deal (which should be significant) and it seems Saudi might owe them over $120 million??? lol Anyway, WWE business looks to be in for a big change this year, probably not a good one. I figured a licensing deal would place more pressure on WWE to produce better PPV's but it was noted, UFC quality went down when they did this because their money was guaranteed. So...
  15. Remember, Russia hacked the RNC too. But they only leaked the DNC emails. How many of those clowns are compromised? A whole bunch.
  16. No one said Vince would throw himself a celebration if he loses the money. What I said and what others have said if you look around is, he's willing to take a huge risk where the odds are he loses. Because he can afford it. This is a guy that was offered a large sum to sell the defunct IP of the XFL and, instead, decided to invest his own money into a start up. This is a guy who has seen the share price of WWE slowly erode with much of the criticism levied at him. He's a nut. He wants to win. But $400 million either way wont change his life much.
