LeFevour is 30 and a proven backup who, unlike Nichols when we signed him, has never proven he can lead a winning team... team won't even blink if he's not here

I don't see the benefit of this rule... why would you not want to develop a 3rd string Cdn QB in this league I dont think teams would automatically do it at the expense of a good CDN ST specialist - they should count on the roster, league is supposed to favour Canadians
