Not sure I'm sold on a receiver even with our second first round pick... Coates basically has as much chance to succeed as Richards - a high 2nd round pick... look at receiver prospects all around the league - either moved on from their draft team - Bailey, Chambers... - or plateaued much lower than anticipated - Ianuzzi, Giguere... I'd take a chance on Carter or Picton in the 3rd round... keep building depth at OL, DT and S with the first three picks - would even be tempted to go Woodson/Wright at #6

I remember reading this one... there were a couple things that stuck out: - Enstrom drops from a #1 to a 3rd pairing when the Jets move to the Central - Since then his best numbers were in a season where he only played 60 games - and the Jets - again - had a great record without him. Enstrom's 2016-2017 WAR will be his worst. He is 3rd pairing at best now - but Jets are still playing him against the oppositions top players... Its not Enstrom or Stafford per se, its playing vets in roles that they were good at three years ago. Melchiori and Nogier might be AHLers but they slow down the play and can clear the front of the net.

Don't worry, I'm not blaming Stafford for everything... this team had multiple problems.

Jets might be the only organization that can make its fans have mixed feelings about a five game winning streak. 14-3-3 without Enstrom this season... just sayin' Wonder if Jets would be a playoff team if they had admitted that Stafford was a plug back in October... instead of giving him top 6 ice time.

Interesting draft this year... After NFL interest is known, first three OL off the board could really be Bladek, Spooner, Schram Can see Woods dropping maybe to 8-9th
