Morrissey's fancy stats are great. He will find his range... but he spends most of his time bailing out Buff right now A bigger concern is Lowry and Perrault - Dano and Copp get less ice time, less opportunities - have the same pts I like Tanev's hustle but he just doesn't drive the play... probably better on the Moose.

Morrissey is logging top minutes and is one of our best D. Petan is producing and FINALLY on the powerplay. Dano and Copp are consistently on the 3rd/4th line... still have more points that Perrault and Stafford

Trouba is starting to hit his stride for sure... Still want to see Dano-Petan-Armia as our third line though Stafford looking more and more Setoguchi every game...

Oh and as for part 2 - in one breath you defend Matthias as a great signing... but all he does is take up a spot that should be open for one of our 'draft and develop' guys... When I say REBUILD - I mean plug as many prospects and youth into this lineup and see what happens... nothing to lose at this point. Petan is as good as Perrault, Armia and Dano are better than Matthias... everyone is better than Stafford.

Jets need a new goalie coach that's for sure. Helle's talent is there but there's little things that need fixing - it feels like he's slowly turning in Pavelec. I really thought Kompon would help the power play. This team probably does need a fresh start. Clean house in the off-season.

If Myers is healthy, this team is probably in the wildcard race... Other than that, I don't see anything that would have made a difference - even Little. If Petan is inserted in the lineup instead of promoting Burmistrov, maybe we don't miss Little as much. The team is better with Stafford and Stuart injured. The Jets are no different from Canucks - always in a 'half-rebuild' - except Chevy's rebuild is signing Tanev, Strait and Howden...

I added decent just for you... its Christmas. Brandon Stewart and Taylor Reed(?!) are not Mack recruits... I'd say you could probably cut your list in half if we're talking about top quality starters Mack recruited... lots of guys on there started strong and faded pretty quick
