    Not buying him out in the off-season was a huge misplay... everyone could see it coming - but I guess the Jets didn't want to spend the extra dough to get rid of him We don't have Dmen in the pipeline - that's on Chevy... Stanley was a huge miss, Niku is not in favour with Maurice, Green not ready and Samberg seems like he's not going to sign... Beyond that - Morrissey is our #2 PK and PP guy... but he's our only elite Dman - that's on Maurice and his love affair with Bitetto

    Oh don't worry - I'm on board with McGuire... but he had one meh game in pre-season and one good game - that's not enough There's no way I want to have him as #2 heading into this season - I still want us to develop a QB and while I'm hoping Streveler is that guy, I don't want to rush McGuire Hopefully Streveler is back and we can run McGuire as the new 'gadget' QB on a few plays to get him some gametime

    Once again we are over-estimating our third stringer without any actual evidence... he has thrown three passes at full CFL game speed If Nichols is not back, Walters will bring in a journeyman backup - MBT, Davis, Kilgore - someone at that level whether we approve or not McGuire is 23... he needs 2-3 years at least before stepping up - Streveler wasn't mentally ready to be a #1 QB and probably still isn't

    I know we're joking about the calling at home thing... but when I bought season tix for my parents, their customer service was over the top - like their sales gave me her text number to close the deal before xmas Olga Tzerkovich... weird that the bombers have a Ukraine office but whatevs - they keep saying they're sending the actual tickets.... eventually.
