  1. Hall's defenses haven't scared anyone but in fairness to him they have been pretty good for the most part. I think this probably one of the weakest lineups he's had to work with though in some time.
  2. Robert Weiner http://archive.wtsp.com/rss/article/206272/79/Plant-High-School-coach-named-in-college-football-scandal
  3. Unfortunately Mb won't change his schemes to take advantage of Marve's skillset. HC needs to grow a set and demand he come up with a package to take advantage of his skills and then add to it every week from here on in till the end of the season, that's what good coaches do.
  4. Well, if we can find a guy, by Friday, who can run a west coast offense, there may be a chance.
  5. I'm just saying it's not fair to single out individual players when football is dependent on a number of moving parts. The o-line is just a part of the offense, as are the RB's, receivers and qb, one part breaks down, a receiver or back missing a chip or block and the o-line players can't do anything about it. Of course it all starts with execution by the players but when they don't know their assignments, then you have to questioning the coaching and if the players are even listening to them.
  6. Hits, contact all stem from a failure to keep the qb clean, nothing freakish about that.
  7. Holes all over the team, they all seem to take a turn sucking and you never know just who or when.
  8. How many times has willy been injured already this season? 2 or 3? Even once is too much for a franchise qb, it's not like they were freak injuries that could happen to anyone either, he is being pummeled by the opposition.
  9. The oline is without a doubt an issue but the same thing happened to a pretty good oline in Montreal when Marcel became the OC there too, it's not a coincidence, he's a crappy OC.
  10. Only 3 blowouts in 7 tries, they are batting better than .500
  11. Just did a quick lookup on Cole listed as a LB but at 242 might be a rush end for us? Says he spent last year on the Riders PR so Hall must like something about him.
  12. No he should lose it because of the piss poor defence he's running. The Riders had 0 wins and the #1 offense heading into last week. still would have won half their games with DD at qb.
  13. fwiw, chamblin shouldn't lose his job because of the injury bug.
  14. I remember Jonas signing autographs at our local hockey arena one year, trust me you didn't miss much iso.
  15. A test that they failed miserably twice so far... I would hope they have learned something from the 2 ass whoopings... That's how MB manages to stay employed, he'll come up with a gem now and then but don't expect it to last.
  16. Lulay tossed a few ducks, maybe his shoulder will never be as strong as before the injury.
  17. Our defence and special teams will have to really step up because I don't have much faith in our offense beating the Edm pressure/blitz, at least we haven't seen it happen yet.
  18. I am, he was absorbing the double team most of the game, Anderson was being thrown around like a rag doll. But, like the others have said, why not?
  19. Probably because it was premature, they hadn't won sfa.
  20. Completely different team last year, not really fair to lump the two together. It is cherry picking numbers. So far, this is a 2 – 2 team. Different DC, different players. Overall, MOS is a 9 – 13 head coach. Not great, but still too early IMO to pull anything from that. Yup, 9 - 13 is a better indicator of the job he has done, imo.
  21. The SMS brought stability but also brought parity and the days of spending to load up an offense ended. The league is grasping at straws to revive those days.
  22. I've watched the replay of the stoudermire fumble and it should have been a no yards penalty on the stamps.
