  1. Got us our first win of the season in a gutsy win and then it’s back to the bench for Zach. I get he might be a little banged up but if he can run the short yardage, at the very least get him in for a couple of plays and series here and there my god, the lenience O’sheas boys get us absolutely incredible.
  2. Nah I guarantee people would be getting mad at O’Shea and Collaros for the poor clock management and bone headed play if the roles were reversed.
  3. 11-7 that year. If we win 8 games this year it would be a miracle.
  4. You have to prove yourself every game of every season. What a moronic statement.
  5. The most concerning part of being 2-5 isn’t the record itself but it’s actually the fact that it’s due to so much bad play from our veterans. I can get behind a team that’s 2-5 because they’re young, making mistakes and figuring it out and getting better but when it’s not your young players making mistakes but your players that are all on the wrong side of 30 it’s quite discouraging, what’s even worse is I truly don’t think O’Shea sees an issue with his vets. The amount of rope these guys get compared to some of the young players is incredible. It really rubbed me the wrong way how they treated Chris Smith but guys like Collaros, Neufeld, Kolo, Thomas, Biggie, and Alexander can make mistake after mistake without consequences. Things aren’t going to get any better until there’s urgency to be better.
  6. Kramdi, Wilson, Garbutt, Bonds all having good games at the very least.
  7. You know it’s bad when the yuppies at TSN are questioning the refs.
  8. Gotta throw that right away or throw it away. No excuses for that ****.
  9. Wilson has been a monster out there today. He must have been reading the forum.
  10. This **** is getting to become unwatchable fast. Every ticky tack call going against Winnipeg, and Riders getting away with murder. What a disgrace, can’t remember the last time I saw a game so poorly officiated.
  11. Yeah I hope Jones gets some starting reps, he was a bright spot on an ugly D but either way he should be able to make an impact on ST which I have no issues with.
  12. Only 8 Linebackers? Those are rookie numbers, gotta pump those numbers up!
  13. That’s a pretty high ceiling. Dude was a 1200 yard receiver in his prime. If he’s even 80 percent of that production I would consider that a great pick.
  14. The reality is the struggling vets get all the rope in the world, and the young guys have to work twice as hard and may or maybe not get another chance no matter how well they play. I think it’s absolutely a big mistake to take smith off the active roster..
  15. 61-70 record as a head coach. Always coached extremely undisciplined teams, not a guy I would want around my team in any capacity.
  16. It does make sense to an extent. Kramdi always seems to be in the right spot, im just not sure he’s fast and athletic enough to be great.
  17. Yeah there’s an arrogance from O’Shea for sure where it’s like “see we can start ten plus Canadians” but it’s really we’re winning despite that. Kramdi is a good rotational piece but again he’s a victim of being asked to do too much. No one would have any issues with him or many of the Canadian players if they were planning on the role that they should be playing in.
  18. So close to a perfect week! I believe I was the only one who took Toronto over Montreal. Shame on me for taking Edmonton over Ottawa, I should have known better.
  19. I saw Hollins drop two touchdowns on Saturday and had another drop, McInnis is the one who looked unstoppable in my opinion.
  20. One of those records that I just never see being broken. Absolutely incredible to imagine a performance like that.
  21. Well I don’t think these two teams are unbeatable. Infact I think B.C. was a lot better last year despite the big numbers from Adam’s. I like our chances next week against the Riders.
  22. Going from Sam Hurl to Adam Bighill was pretty much a franchise changer for us, love all that Bighill has done for us. First ballot hall of famer but yeah this has to hopefully be the last year. It happens to all the greats there’s no shame in it. Eventually your body starts wearing you down.
  23. 1. Wilson, absolutely outstanding, made a lot of really tough catches. I said two weeks ago on the catch and run against Calgary originally he reminded me a little bit of Rasheed Bailey, he was an absolute monster out there last night 2. Zach Collaros, started out a little slow but got better as the game went along, got rid of the ball quick, was even able to buy time by moving around the pocket 3. Brady Oliveria, quietly produced another 100 yard game and rushed for some tough yards to help keep the offence balanced. HM: Castillo was great, I don’t fault him in missing that 54 yard kick he’s been money all season, Nichols would be higher but it was a little bit of an up and down game. He got burnt a few times but also has the pick six and made a great tackle on Logan for the fumble, I thought the offensive line looked the best it’s looked all season, to me it got its first passing grade all season, and the balls on O’Shea to go for two after our last TD there. That was a great decision. I’ve always been under the impression teams should almost always go for two anyways so I like the aggressiveness.
