Suitor is hilarious. At first I was impressed he knew about Oliverias head banging thing he does when he really gets going but he ended up mentioning it about a dozen times through out the game, then I was like oh okay it’s a TSN talking point.

Yeah well the issue is as much as we complain about Bighills decline, Gauthier is a big downgrade from even the 2024 version of Biggie.

All this talk about advanced real time stats lol it’s very bush league. -
I think a lot of people have been frustrated with the way this season has been going, and there are legitimate areas of concern about O’Shea especially around roster management, however yeah it also does rub me the wrong way when I see comments that call him an idiot or a moron, it’s just really disrespectful because O’Shea has helped build the best stretch of Bomber teams I’ve ever had in my life time, I went through a lot of bad Bomber teams in my life time and I know after four grey cup appearances the expectations get stronger but people easily forget what it’s actually like to have someone who’s clueless running the Blue Bombers.

Yeah I thought the secondary was amazing. Even when Rourke had time to throw he was having a hard time finding an open receiver. You don’t often see a quarterback with that much time unable to find an open receiver. I was also thinking the same thing about Jones. What a solid addition he’s been, as an Edmonton cut, coming in and in my opinion he’s just a solid not spectacular guy. Just seems to be in the right place to make a play nothing fancy about his game but reliable. Brady was really good again but far way too few touches, he should have had about 15-20 touches. I don’t like the two cute run to Augustine early in the game, get your star running back involved early and often. -
Completing nearly 80 percent of his passes almost 300 yards, a TD and no INT’s.. I think he’s been good

Why even put Streveler in on second and three if you’re not going to ever use it properly? Give it to Oliveria, they never let Streveler throw on short yardage plays. All it says to the d is that it’s going to be a run. At least with number 8 in there you’re keeping the defense honest.

Is it me or is Rourkes body language really poor right now?

Terrible spot from that ref on second down. No way that was short.

On a positive note I’m excited to see Lawler back in the line up. The O had started moving the ball more efficiently, the line has given Zach more time in the pocket, and with that extra week of practise there’s no excuse not to see our best offensive game plan. -

Why would we need Adam’s when we can dress 15 ST linebackers. -

I find it so weird that Buck as our OC and a former quarterback doesn’t see Strev as anything more than a runner. He has proved he can throw the football if given the chance. -

I know this won’t happen because a teams general manager won’t be able to help themselves but it would be hilarious if the entire league played hard ball with B.C making them Have to either have both quarterbacks on the team and take up over a million dollars in cap space next season, or having to release him and be on the hook for 250 K, I know that probably won’t happen but I don’t like when teams spend like this and allow another less fortunate team to bail them out. -

I want to see more of Wheatfall he actually reminds me a lot of Lawler. Small sample size though of course. -

I think Rourke gives them a better chance to win even without the practise and knowledge of the playbook. Baker was able to come in with the LA Rams and win a game after 5 days of being with the team. -

How do they afford it? I have to feel for Adam’s he was having an outstanding season but that’s the nature of the business. Any chance he plays against us on Sunday? -

I wonder if Montreal was keeping cap space for Mack’s return because bringing in Mack would make them the over whelming favorites to repeat. -
If we beat B.C. we also have the season series against them. Plus the back to back against Saskatchewan looming. If there’s an urgency to take one in Saskatchewan it’s this year. Having the tie breakers against three western teams would be huge.

I give O’Shea some credit where credit is due. Instead of plugging Wallace or Eli in because they have some game day experience they went with the un known guy with tremendous upside. If we can critique O’shaa for being loyal to vets in ok giving him some praise for a good roster decision. -

Our cover teams have been phenomenal and really help with that statistic but yes a part of the equation is kicking the ball in places in which negates a punt return and in that specific aspect Sheahan has been fine. -

Mr Canuck AKA a “real fan” not one of those fake fans who don’t watch U of Buffalo games will educate us peasants on what it means to be a true fan; we simply aren’t worthy. -

lol seems to happen more to the riders then every other team combined. -
He’s becoming a star I’m thinking he might cost us more than $139,000 but there seems to be some dead weight we can cut. He’s an absolute priority to re sign
-
Dude started out as a tight end on Bamba and by the end of his career he was starting games in their o-line. He obviously has a lot of talent probably just a little raw. A lot of room to grow for sure. I like that they gave him the opportunity to get into the lineup instead of just plugging Wallace or Eli in Neufelds place.

Yeah Sheehan hasn’t been good. He’s been getting a little bit of a pass because of how good our coverage teams have been playing and how many other positions had under preforming players but I didn’t think he was good enough last year and certainly hasn’t been the case this year.
