I dunno, but VAJ led that epic comeback against us in 2019 when he played with Montreal. We also traded Chris Matthews to Montreal just before that game. That was tough to watch. I wouldn't call VAJ elite level, but he can be very streaky. Regardless, hoping for a big W tonight to move to 3-0 and on top of the West where we belong.

But Toronto is the center of the Universe! It is Central Canada after all! He probably won't play his last year here, but I'm pretty sure he'll come back and do the 1-day contract thing to retire as Jet. Players have a shelf life too, and it's probably best for both parties to move on.
