    I don't think anything was finalized. It was the worst kept secret that Arneil was going to be part of the coaching staff this year. Bowness aka Bones just confirmed they signed Arneil on.

    No you aren't exaggerating. There is clearly a poisonous culture and it's on the coach and leadership. Let's not forget that Kevin Hayes said the Jets locker was one of the worst locker rooms he's been in. The new coach that gets hired is tasked with trying to fix that, as well as the underperforming team. It's an uphill battle.
