  1. No different guy. The guy you are talking about was the guy who faked TC reports, the guy im talking about was the guy who went loco here when people disagreed with his TC summaries. They werent fake though.
  2. Oh 66...if anyone said anything even remotely critical of Matt Nichols you went straight up onto his basement candle lit revenge list. I am sure you are up there..lol
  3. Different guy...I think...but I can't be sure now. You have given me a lot to think about.
  4. You should have seen some of the PMs he sent me...I was worried he was going to show up at my house..lol. Dude took things way too seriously.
  5. Ok the 2007 GC loss is the easy pick for sure but the 2009 Banjo Bowl was the absolute low point for me. Rider fans went from obnoxious to patronizing to pitying us and trying to cheer us up. It was as revolting a game as I remember in all my years as a Bomber fan. The HATE grew strong in me that day.
  6. I would imagine that the Bombers are preparing for either scenario.
  7. I believe the opposite. I think it's worse. There is very little to gain by them saying he will start but is injured because the Bombers will prep as if he's a healthy starter. If they maintain the smokescreen that he is the possible starter we may be less prepared for Harker.
  8. That too. It's almost exactly the same as broken ribs except their is more pain. I've had a torn oblique and it only feels alright when you find a nice comfy position in a sitting or laying down position. The rest of the time it hurts. Bend down...ow...pick up coffee cup...ow....turn slightly...ow....walk on uneven surface...ow ow ow. For the first 3 weeks anyway. After that it still hurts but only when you move.
  9. Everyone's different I suppose, but I just can't see how a guy can't run but can throw. This is either a very weak attempt at a smokescreen or his body works different than everybody elses.
  10. I am sure the Bombers trainers have informed them of what they feel the odds of Fajardo playing is, and what his physical limitations might be, and where exactly the two Jeff's should plant their shoulders for maximum effect.
  11. I wish I could imagine it but my brain is not wired to think like Gbill...lol. He thinks everyone is on roids because he can't understand how he ended up being so, how shall I put it....scrawny.
  12. I think it's BS and they already know Fajardo is out.
  13. Apparently the RIder rules for closed practices are the same as the Bombers. Restricted to warm ups, 1 on 1s, and post practice.
  14. The first time he is pressured and can't step into his throw he will be relying on arms and obliques solely and he will not be able to make those throws.....and that's his bread and butter. What makes him effective is his ability to elude and make the nice off balance throws. Can't do that with his injury. I will be surprised if they actually start him imho. I don't care if you have Doug Fluties behind center, if he is injured and can't make all the throws you are better off playing your back up.
  15. I hope that's exactly what they do because that my friend will be a game plan with zero chance of success.
  16. Get to Fajardo early and lay one in on his ribs. He'll be done like dinner.
  17. In a game the QB rarely gets to be perfectly balance, and have a slow and easy release. Can he throw on the run? The video I saw he was backpedaling very slowly and gingerly and his throwing motion was the same.
  18. I have seen many short clip videos come from closed practices. This is nothing new. The team will allow certain portions to be filmed.
  19. Rider fans tend to get frustrated when confronted with intelligent conversation and generally leave of their own accord and go back to the internet forum equivalent of kindergarten known as Riderfans where they can bask in the glory of their 45 IQ.
  20. You can see by how slow and deliberate his release is. He can't throw against his body right now. Playing catch you don't have to but in a game if you deliberately and slowly point your toes to every target it will either be an interception or you will be creamed. His backpedal is very slow too. Absolutely no coil in his throwing motion. He is maxing out his range at 10-15 yards right now. Zero chance he can suddenly launch the ball 60 yards by Sunday. He may start but he will definitely not be able to make every throw needed.
  21. For sure. Just saw the video Fajardo doing 10 yard passes and his backpedal and throws look like he is straining to me. No core rotation in either motion. All arm and no stepping into anything. That's fine for playing catch but in a game a slow and deliberate throwing motion will equal interceptions.
  22. Obliques are essential to literally every movement a QB makes. If it is not healed 100% his performance will be drastically altered. His spin move, for instance, could not be done effectively. It is very painful to move with an oblique tear. I've had one before and I've broken ribs. I'll take the broken ribs.
  23. A part of his job relies on him staying in tune with the Bomber faithful. A fan forum is a pretty good place to visit to do that.
  24. I am sure it would shock them to find out Bomber fans hate them.
  25. Media reports in Saskatchewan say he ain't throwing. If he can't throw today, he's not throwing Sunday...or at least not well.
