  2. most of the games have been one sided. raiders was cfl level excitement.
  3. these nfl playoff games are not very interesting. bengal qb sacked nine times.lol. great o line. game was won on very long field goals. titans qb first and last pass ... int. final 19 to 16. barnburner.🙄
  4. well well well. "About a dozen Tory MPs have made similar allegations in the last few days to a colleague who claims the party’s whips have engaged in blackmail, the chair of the Commons standards committee has said. Chris Bryant’s remarks come as William Wragg, the senior Tory backbencher who accused No 10 of trying to blackmail MPs seeking to oust Boris Johnson, prepares to meet the police over his allegations. Bryant, the Labour MP for the Rhondda, said he took the allegations very seriously and underlined that they were a matter for the police." https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2022/jan/22/about-a-dozen-tory-mps-said-to-have-accused-party-whips-of-blackmail call in the police? what kind of crazy **** is that? just some friendly blackmail! Ameriscams would send a stern letter, have a press conference. maybe reach across the aisle.
  5. brittney spears and music. these do not go together.
  6. all perfectly legal probably. The Republicans have been doing this for a while. Gore got more votes than bush in florida.... but the right wing supreme court gave it to bush. "Media organizations[3][4][5] later analyzed the ballots and found that, under any considered criteria, the originally pursued, limited county-based recounts would have confirmed a Bush victory, whereas a statewide recount would have revealed a Gore victory. " also " Duration November 22, 2000 Location Motive Target The Republican Brooks Brothers riot was a demonstration at a meeting of election canvassers in Miami-Dade County, Florida, on November 22, 2000, during a recount of votes made during the 2000 United States presidential election, with the goal of shutting down the recount. After demonstrations and acts of violence, local officials shut down the recount early. lol that idiot country.
  7. I met him when ourbombers had meetups..... he immediately bought me a beer, and was a friendly , funny, good guy. I liked him right away, sorry to hear about it.
  8. actually, most americans, either party, want what Bernie stands for. single payer health care for example. but they wont get anything. Americans are fenced in by corruption. Every where you look, it's there in plain sight. There are no moves to the the good possible any more cause the net that has been built over the last thirty or forty years is far too comprehensive. municipal, state, national government, press, military, police, judiciary, church, education, all bases are covered by the corrupt. Pretty frightening what horrors their supreme court is going to spew over the next few years
  9. aid to understanding how it is that people believe what Trump says: "Incredibly, some of the people who stormed the Capitol later called Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s office in an effort to retrieve their belongings, Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) told Insider in an interview published Friday. According to Raskin, who serves on the Jan. 6 committee, rioters called and were “asking whether there was a lost and found because they forgot their phone there, or they left their purse or what have you.” Predictably, authorities became involved and suckered the rioters into giving them their personal information." https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/rioters-called-pelosi-s-office-about-a-lost-and-found-after-storming-the-capitol-says-rep-jamie-raskin/ar-AASNrpW and yet these clowns are winning. re right wing us "Roberts" supreme court.... I checked, half of the senate Democrats that voted on his confirmation, voted yes.
  10. time to put an end to the stupidity. https://toronto.ctvnews.ca/ontario-woman-with-stage-4-colon-cancer-has-life-saving-surgery-postponed-indefinitely-1.573911 30-year-old Ontario woman diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer has had her surgery postponed indefinitely and says it could be too late to save her if the procedure keeps getting pushed back. In an e-mail viewed by CTV News Toronto, a representative from Mount Sinai Hospital told Di Maria her surgery was cancelled because of "the situation with COVID-19" and that "everything is getting cancelled at this point." not vaccinated? go to the end of the line.
  11. see alex jones bit posted yesterday. seems the crazier it is, the more the rubes pay.
  12. we see how democrats treat refusal to cooperate. heres the republican way Susan Carol McDougal (née Henley; born 1955) is one of the many people prosecuted as a result of the Whitewater controversy of the 15 individuals who were convicted of federal charges. Her refusal to answer "three questions" for a grand jury, on whether President Bill Clintonlied in his testimony during her Whitewater trial, led her to receive a jail sentence of 18 months for contempt of court. That made up most of the total 22 months she spent incarcerated.
  13. huffpost "For years, conspiracy theorist and disinformation peddler Alex Jones has told his supporters that the only thing keeping his media empire afloat is their financial backing. “As much begging as I do, we can barely pay the bills,” Jones told a caller on Thursday during a segment on his radio show promoting the Infowars store. “I’m not going to stop growth and let them push us backwards. I need your help, Frank. I need your help!” Despite his pleas for money, Infowars’ store ― where Jones sells an amalgamation of dietary supplements and survival gear ― made $165 million in sales from September 2015 to the end of 2018, according to court filings related to a lawsuit Jones recently lost over his lies about the 2012 Sandy Hook school massacre. no surprise.... a Trump supporter.
  14. yeah, she theatrically ripped up a copy of trump's speech. what more do people want right? scum.
  15. Ive tried to not follow this ****, and it has helped but fell off the wagon. so..... problem with the build back is in w virginia, and Arizona. Georgia elected a progressiveDemocrat. They worked verynhard to do that. what does Biden decide to do? Hes going to Georgia to make a speech. Locals that worked their asses off the last few years are telling him, do not come here, till you get something done about voting protection. hard to say if its more stupidity, or not giving a **** with these people. The Democrats are failing badly. "In a joint statement ahead of Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris' trip, a coalition of advocacy groups including the Black Voters Matter Fund, the Georgia NAACP, and the Asian American Advocacy Fund said the president must bring with him "an announcement of a finalized voting rights plan that will pass both chambers, not be stopped by the filibuster, and be signed into law." "We reject any political visit that does not also come with policy progress." "Anything less is insufficient and unwelcome," the groups said. "We reject any political visit that does not also come with policy progress—with signs of clear work done, of something accomplished. We reject any visit that fails to begin with the question, 'How does this serve the people of Georgia?' It is time for final action on voting rights, and Georgians are waiting." common dreams. The only Democrat that made the case directly to manchin voters is Bernie.
  16. Nancy Pelosi saying that about her right to cheat the system, feels to me like the 2022 version of "let them eat cake" The level of entitlement and lack of concern feels that bad to me.
  17. I was thinking about this yesterday. This is why so much money goes to their military budget. half or more goes to business, and is not subject to meaningful oversight. two trillion untraceable dollars Pentagon spending as of a few years ago. non issue. so, I agree with you. anyone genuine, like bernie, aoc, gets stepped on, grinded, and sidelined fast.
  18. "Sen. Ossoff is set to introduce a bill that would bar members of Congress from trading stocks, per The New York Post. The proposal would apply to members that are currently serving in office, along with their families. Insider released findings that revealed dozens of lawmakers had infringed on the STOCK Act."
  19. just read she is worth 196 million dollars. thoroughly repulsive person.

  22. Deutsche bank should be wound up and closed. how do these people get to carry on? "The settlement comes after former U.S. Senator Carl Levin in 2014 detailed a practice in which Deutsche Bank AG (DBKGn.DE) and Barclays Plc (BARC.L) helped several hedge funds, including Renaissance, treat some capital gains as longer-term profits, attracting a lower tax rate, than gains made from trades on assets held for less than a year. The banks sold the funds options to help them achieve that outcome, the report said." seven billion dollar scam. https://www.reuters.com/business/finance/renaissance-executives-pay-about-7-bln-settle-tax-probe-wsj-2021-09-02/
  23. it is just an impression, but to me it seems like their are some selfish, entitled players on the team, and have been for a while. not much a coach can do about that. but speaking as a casual fan, other than a short, (surprising) stretch last playoff run, the defence for years, has been disorganised and sloppy. which might be coaching.
  24. This is what I remember of the teams with Walby, clements, reaves..... younjust knew they were going to win. I remember one of their playoff games..... so long ago, cant remember which one, close game, at the end they got the ball deep in their own end, and just ran the ball down the other teams's throat, one run after another to run out the clock. but I dont think those teams could beat this team.
