  1. Canada has a higher GDP than Russia. "In 2012 oil, gas and petroleum products accounted for over 70% of total exports,As of the 2nd quarter of 2015 inflation, compared to the second quarter of 2014, was 8%; the economy had contracted by 4.6%Russia is rated one of the most unequal of the world’s major economies,A poll completed in 2018 among 1400 managers of non-hydrocarbons Russian businesses demonstrated high level of pessimism, with majority describing the economic situation in the country as "catastrophic". 73% of respondents in large businesses and 77% in medium and small are dealing with a "crisis"... wiki amazing that a country so badly run, can cause so much trouble. When the oil bus ends, Russia is going to be in chaos. again.
  2. agree.. also, Golf would be better if there was contact.
  3. "out there"
  4. My guess..... price of oil is too low to make money. Otherwise they would proceed with it. but when the head of Goldman Sachs is issuing warnings about oil business risks, and says that business is now done, these investments no longer make financial sense. These financial warnings are coming from many of the largest banks and institutional heads. Just not from Petro states like Russia and Alberta. glad that the NDP lost in alta, had they won, this would of course be their fault.
  5. Poltroon Chris Mathews called bernie supporters "Brown shirts" What a hysterical dolt . He's too stupid to have the job he has. He should be fired. today.
  6. not bad.... but you should have dated Lola Heatherton!
  7. interview "“Coach LaPo’s philosophy is that we’re not going to invest a lot of money in receivers." Is this true? sounds odd to me.
  8. msnbc, the supposed left wing media outlet: What a facking farce US media is. Carville was citing a recent report that, along with helping President Donald Trump’s campaign, Russian trolls were working to promote Sanders’ campaign. Anchor Chris Matthews even compared Sanders’ strong showing to the Nazis overrunning France. Here’s exactly what he said about the Nazis overrunning France in 1940. pic.twitter.com/Ipg550pXsd — Chris Hansen (@tankcat) February 22, 2020
  9. Supposedly, there are huge (trillions of dollars), of mineral deposits in Afghanistan. also, at an important point in a proposed oil and gas pipeline route. course that's probably history now cause of other things. The "great powers" have been fighting over Afghanistan for a century and a half. Our "allies" there, are scum. It's long past time to leave them alone, and let them sort it out for themselves.
  10. blind squirrel finds nut KARACHI: The Afghan Taliban and the United States will sign the much-awaited peace agreement in the presence of international observers on February 29, the group announced on Friday ending a media guessing game about the outcome of protracted negotiations between the two sides. “Following lengthy negotiations between the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and the United States of America, both parties agreed to sign the finalised accord in the presence of international observers on … 29th of February 2020,” the Taliban spokesperson, Zabihullah Mujahid, said in a statement emailed to The Express Tribune.

  14. 💲 or, another Republican president.... "nobody could have anticipated......" Best part is the Republican con artists have convinced the dullards that they are strong on 💲ecurity.

  18. same amount of shyt, with bigger slices of bread. anyway saint Barrack promised that, then promptly ditched once in office. It sunk beneath the healthcare industry waves of cash flowing his way. Can't trust Democratic old schoolers to change anything in a meaningful way.
  19. Newsweek a large majority of Americans want universal healthcare. The party that brings that in will rule for quite a while.
  20. Joe Biden represents the old school democrats. He's basically DOA. Yeah, the young people, if they vote, will put Bernie in. The codgers (boomers) want no change. Carrying on business as usual, is a straightline to real disaster. It's what they got with Obama. Even young Republicans want action on renewable energy. The old guard, made by billionaires government is on its way out in the US. Thankfully.
  21. My understanding is most Americans support and want the things Bernie proposes... by a large margin. specially universal healthcare, and no cuts to social security. increased minimum, wage. But If you ask the ususual stupid simple question "would you vote for a socialist" they say no. That's the poll question the Democrats that don't want Bernie, like to see asked. He's rolling now, and he's more than capable of dealing with Trump's nasty name calling and lying. I think Bernie would easily defeat Trump. His problem then would be his own party......Pelosi, who is a Wall street billionaire donation type. Democrats in Congress thwarted Carter. No way Pelosi will do a green new deal, or universal health care.
  22. if Assange can prove this.... another career sacrificed for El Supremo. Absolutely amazing how many people are willing to break the law for Trump. Trump is thoroughly repellent to me, yet some people are strangely drawn to him. criminally inclined people.
  23. Unfortunate that Charles Manson died. Trump would have pardoned him. he predicted/hoped for a future black v. white civil war, ....
  24. I agree. and, like making faces, if you do it too many times, it becomes permanent!
  25. 3,2,1.... But Clinton...........
