You sound a bit like an " I walked to school, and home, it was uphill both ways, when I was a kid" guy. Do you think pro sports teams don't have people doing this stuff? What current lineup weakness do the Jets need to fix? No 1 in their division. Played well all season. Beating the best teams. Winning against lesser teams. even through a series of injuries to their top players, using backups who are now starters. The team appears to be really pulling together, there appears to be great camaraderie. I don't see why they need to do anything.
