  1. refs did a good job Ed Hervey the coolest gm Edmonton crunching it out on the ground for three first downs at the end for the win.... ! Bombers used to do that... in the Walby days. Great game in every way.
  2. yup good game so far
  3. 3 man rush, blitz next play....
  4. Ottawa can run and pass up the middle
  5. perfect pass to bowman
  6. game almost over! (kidding) At the beginning of the season atomic posted that Ottawa has a good O line...
  7. I called it Ottawa Rout! man that was too easy.
  8. Cauchy! I will be surprised if Ottawa pulls off a win.... but looking good first few plays
  9. nice couple of tunes by Dean......
  10. Getting annoyed watching the (admittedly good) coverage of this game. annoyed as a Bomber fan that is. I do think the coverage by TSN has been really good.
  11. trans pacific trade agreement anyone like that? our money, used to pay non canadian corps, using imported labour, to build Canadian Government projects. just brilliant. Let's compete with Asian companies using Asian labour, not just for stuff they manufacture over there, but for construction jobs HERE. Boy, that is a smart deal!
  12. great win, with fighting back after wild scored instead of collapsing.
  13. some of the er doctors have spoken about this http://jfkfacts.org/assassination/er-doctor-talks-about-jfks-wounds/ I heard one of the drs. forget the name and I don't know if it was this guy, he said he was told to change what he said about what he had seen.
  14. The mafia hated Castro, and were involved in attempts to assasinate him. It's also highly unlikely that Castro would have attempted to kill the President.... any tiny shred of evidence of that, and his country would have been demolished in 24 hours. But The CIA, and it's predecessors used the mafia to get things done. threats, and murders, anything. Don't know if they'd trust the mafia with this one though. Don't think they would need to, they had enough of their own highly skilled assasins.
  15. LOL! So you think it lacks somewhat in imagination? It is fairly Spartan, maybe appropriate for us hardy northerners. and "economical" so us cheap winnipegers should all be in favour!
  16. Why is that strange... of course the players are the one who would oppose... No, I'm not suggesting anything, I don't know enough about it I suppose....
  17. Strange, that it's the players (at least in the NFL) who oppose drug testing. I think the NFL wants to test for HG hormone, and the players are opposed.
  18. For me, John Hodge, "3downnation" Bomber writer and podcaster, does a much more interesting job covering the Bombers than any of the paid writers and radio people seem to be either able, or willing to do. He's able to criticize the team without appearing to be just complaining for the sake of it. He also gives credit where due. He has excellent guests as well on his podcast. Probably not news to most of the people at this site.
  19. remember when MTS was a profitable crown corporation, and all the money it made went to the citizens benefit? can't have that.
  20. 3d down nation " Ian Busby 3downnation etc I think Westerman was more deserving, league leader at his position. On a bad team, without much help from linemates.(What did D lineman Bryant do this year?) Sounds like there's a love fest for Ottawa.
  21. well done. for a while, I was a contender.
  22. not sure but Huffnagel might translate as hoofnail. hope this helps. also, appears that The Riders are going about getting new staff by interviewing more than one candidate. Seems like a good idea.
  23. why do the defencemen go far into the other teams end so much? bad idea.... Watched a few games with the Blackhawks, Duncan Keith doesn't do that very much does he? shouldn't the Defencemen play defence? might explain why we get so many breakaways, two on ones, etc.
  24. don't know if this is correct, and not that those people care but exactly.
