  4. wakey wakey https://www.mediamatters.org/diversity-discrimination/jarrin-jackson-i-largely-agree-anti-miscegenation-and-jews-taking-over "Right-wing streamer and Oklahoma state Senate candidate Jarrin Jackson said in a video last year that he “largely” agrees with the conspiracy theories that Jews are “taking over the world” and that they are attempting to get rid of white people through immigration and miscegenation. Jackson has also expressed support for the QAnon conspiracy theory, saying, “I appreciate Q & I love anons” and “Q is so very intriguing.” Additionally, Jackson indicated to followers on Facebook that he does not want Hispanic and Black immigrants in the United States, claiming that “it is not racist to want America to stay American.” Jackson received the most votes last month in a Republican primary for Oklahoma state Senate District 2, and will head to an August runoff against fellow Republican Ally Seifried. Jackson frequently does livestreams and posts his commentaries on sites like Facebook and Rumble. He self-published a book about “responding to escalating tyranny in the wake of the stolen 2020 elections.” Media Matters has documented numerous instances of right-wing commentators who lobbed antisemitic, bigoted, and other toxic remarks before becoming political candidates. Jackson himself repeatedly posted antisemitic remarks online before running for office, including saying that he’s “not beholden to Jews” and listing “the Jews” as evidence that “evil exists.” (He responded to Media Matters by writing: “Despite projecting onto me, the article posts my full quotes about the gospel. I am thankful for any chance to preach the gospel.”) Right Wing Watch has also documented numerous toxic remarks and actions by Jackson. " dailykos of course, this is Tucker Carlson spew regurgitated. sadly for me, I am Jewish, and my non Jewish adult daughter and her spouse are big fans of Tucker Carlson.
  5. awful, abominable worst of human nature running rampant. I loathe the man. why is it that everywhere you look, the worst people have the power?
  6. lol, well done. 😂 like a jackfish and a chubby perch.
  7. some good news bloomberg. def worth reading. https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2022-07-05/us-factory-boom-heats-up-as-ceos-yank-production-out-of-china There has been a sense in financial circles that the fever among American executives to shorten supply lines and bring production back home would prove short-lived. As soon as the pandemic started to fade, so too would the fad, the thinking went. And yet, two years in, not only is the trend still alive, it appears to be rapidly accelerating. The construction of new manufacturing facilities in the US has soared 116% over the past year, dwarfing the 10% gain on all building projects combined, according to Dodge Construction Network. There are massive chip factories going up in Phoenix: Intel is building two just outside the city; Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing is constructing one in it. And aluminum and steel plants that are being erected all across the south: in Bay Minette, Alabama (Novelis); in Osceola, Arkansas (US Steel); and in Brandenburg, Kentucky (Nucor). Up near Buffalo, all this new semiconductor and steel output is fueling orders for air compressors that will be cranked out at an Ingersoll Rand plant that had been shuttered for years. Scores of smaller companies are making similar moves, according to Richard Branch, the chief economist at Dodge. Not all are examples of reshoring. Some are designed to expand capacity. But they all point to the same thing -- a major re-assessment of supply chains in the wake of port bottlenecks, parts shortages and skyrocketing shipping costs that have wreaked havoc on corporate budgets in the US and across the globe." sometimes the profit motive works. maybe also a dim sense in executives, that their country might collapse, and they do not want that.
  8. surprised you responded to a rider fan. getting mellow?

  13. when Bernie ran against Biden, Bernie said Biden had repeatedly pushed for social security cuts. biden lied and said he didnt. now "Defenders of Social Security on Tuesday urged the U.S. Senate to block President Joe Biden's little-noticed nomination of Andrew Biggs—an American Enterprise Institute senior fellow with a history of supporting Social Security privatization—to serve on the independent and bipartisan Social Security Advisory Board. Social Security Works, a progressive advocacy group, is leading the charge against Biggs, highlighting his role in the George W. Bush administration's failed attempt to privatize the New Deal program in 2005. At the time, Biggs worked on Social Security as an associate director of Bush's National Economic Council. "Andrew Biggs has advocated for Social Security cuts throughout his career. And now, he's been nominated to oversee Social Security," Social Security Works tweeted on Tuesday." scum who gave the world the 2008 crisis want to steal pension. could have had this: "Last month, Sens. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) and Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) led the introduction of the Social Security Expansion Act, which would lift the cap on income subject to the Social Security payroll tax and boost the program's annual benefits by $2,400." appears as though Democrats want to lose next election.
  14. faithbaby! my memory isnt good for football, game to game, and season to season, but this offence seems really bad to me. and Harris could always be counted on to spark the O when it was dragging. nobody to do that now that I can see.
  15. do not sit there with a stop watch, but my impression is the O line is generally giving collaros enough time to throw. so poor passing game is on receivers, or play design and calls. and the receiver blocking has disappeared.
  16. might be the scant 17 . 8 points per game, 71 total points scored, (which includes two defensive td) ahead of only toronto, Hamilton, and well behind the riders, with 94. ahead only of the mighty elks in yards per game. 200 yds per game behind b.c.(no thanks to rourke though) according to tsn In four games collaros has four td passes and three interceptions. brady 3.2 yds per carey, john y a, 4.2 morning bb tough guys.... .... how johnny get more plays.... "play better" So far, Bombers offence is quite bad. readem and weep. https://www.cfl.ca/team-stats/
  17. not sure where to put, important info for gameday. It is the news many have been waiting on for years - a pill claiming to provide a cure for a hangover has gone on sale in the UK. Swedish brand Myrkl claims its product is the first ever to break down alcohol effectively. It reports that up to 70 per cent of booze in the body can be broken down in just an hour.
  18. neither brady nor johnny break many tackles. go dow on first hit.
  19. bighill makes them pay boy. he has clobbered their qb at least twice...... completely clean hits
  20. to sure as heck seem to knowing what the offensive call is... and zero blocking for the receiver
