I think the penalties on defence were frustration penalties. The defence played well enough to win but the offence let them down and I truly believe that the defence was taking out their frustrations by way of bad penalties.

With Marve's injury I don't think we can release Brohm. You can't play out the rest of the season with 3 QB's that in total have not started a single game with the team. We have to live with him for the rest of the season at least.

I see no reason to pull Brohm. He didn't lose the game for us. He didn't take the contact the kicker penalty He didn't take any of the 17 or so penalties However I would love to know if he can throw a ball more than 10 yards If I lived in Wpg I would kidnap MB and lock him in the basement of some house on Higgins until the end of the season

I honestly think $250,000 is too much even for Muamba. I would think that even the highest paid defensive player in the league isn't making much more than $200,000. Should he be paid more than Elliminiam? Yes he's good and yes he's Cdn but I just cant see paying him more than $215,000 - $225,000.

I'd take Drew Tate on my team any day. I think a change of scenery would do him good. Right now in Calgary he's Bo Levi's maid of honour. I believe if he can get out from under this stigma. He would return to the level he was at 2 - 3 years ago. The only thing that worries me is the strength of his shoulder. Is it completely healed or does it continue to hamper his game.

No, the Stamps GM Hufnagel & assistant Murphy are the best. Look at the talent Murphy brings in. Imagine what could do here but won't happen. I don't argue that they make a formidable duo but Murphy could be Mack 2.0. That is a good scout but unable to do all the other things that a GM must do.
