its been 12 season...not just past 3...he was able to skate by cause he had a loaded roster and guys in their prime....he hasn't the last 3...4 yrs...and it shows Waltr's saved his bacon with savvy FA signings and a solid recruiting team...and the gentle push to basically say...Nichoils is here...he best be starting next game That didnt happen he woulda been gone in yr 4....5 latest as said above....100 percent.... yup...and re:Thomas....he not even serviceable at that...why?....like he shouldnt even be here now...or last....let alone next...so whats the point? he's not the future and far from the now...dumping him off the roster won't make us a weaker squad...allow a young player to develop there with sparingly being used until they progress...and really with ratio a DT isnt even required....go find a legit DB/Rec/LB (tho we already have 2) and develop them.....

we already have 2....who offer more, could we find better....for sure and we should always be trying to find better...at every position and this loyalty of favoritism to a coach's fav...or a guy who been here a few yrs is the root cause of how you go from the top...to "not the top" in lickity split fashion and degrade your roster...depth...and yes attitude and loyalty to club from players...Lawson a Canadian offers more...and actually before Schmeck got hurt in a situational role even offered more....but..........we know the but And the value the HC has on certain aspects of a player trumping talent/potential/versatility also gets you what you see when you compound it with the aforementioned...and gets you a roster chalk full of ST guys who have no value beyond that....and forces you to play underperforming vets, and injured guys...

big difference between tackles....and plays....seems to me a lot here would say player X on a different team wasnt as good as the stats seemed to indicate even tho high in league if not leading in tackles...and they are not necessarily wrong....but if it is a case where it's to defend Osh it justified I dont care about T.Jones tackles....I am tho of his poor drops in zone going up free catches constantly...his over pursuit and missing tackles in space as he plays at times out of control I also look to meeting guys in the hole...stopping plays for no yards or loss...plays he scrapes an takes down a player for minimal gain...not where it's giving them a 2nd and short He doesn't make the impact plays...the game altering ones.....doesnt meet the ball carrier first or dictate anything really ....he's good at having play come to him, not the other way around.....he's not a complete impactful LB by any stretch and has more holes in his game than positive attributes....Does J.Jones have moe...based on skill set alone and his work in T,O yeah....did he show it here...no.....didnt get the chance...but that being said he showed more in pre-season than T.Jones did, but like him..Thomas..Kolo...Kramdi (tho he actually got bumped from sam) their spots were cemented pre-camp regardless what anyone else did People yap about the game J,Jones played and had no defensive tackles....yet was the best defensive game we put forth all yr...coincided with moving Kramdi and Person actually getting a lot of reps Like a good DB maybe teams were staying away from him...nobody seems to look at that...also if you watch the tape he was perfect on his drops and where to be in space so there was no free pass in his area....subsequently T.Jones was able to play better in his drops as he saw the depth he should be J.Jones was removed.....Person went back to 6...7 reps again and until last game the defence never looked as good as that game Some times its not all about "stats" and what you think you are seeing This team is saddled with players playing as a personal choice of Osh and it's not necessarily due to true actual on field talent that translates into a game....works to an extent when you are loaded across the board with talent (2019-2022) but we aint now Flame away flamers....I expect nothing less from the licker of the boots

honestly tho we should try and get Woli back for a bag of tape and balls for stretch rin...Ham not using him and he would easily take Corcorans spot on roster and actually be useful and is also a receiver that ZC and Strev trust....and we know how key he was in rungame especially when the weather gets cold

actually....Neuf can, and prob be a damn good center even at his age and a career extender for him...He has seen every front ever in the cfl so he'd have no issues making out the clls And in all honesty he has played really well all yr at guard...a few moments of wtf but that happens to any oline guy, and also chalk a lot of that up to with what was going on with our OC and system, and not to harp again but an actual center who could do the job, and both guards look worlds better too
