sorry that you cant grasp I have player relations outside the norm and you just act like a petulant child about it...and going off some "media" sound bite or speculation...is prob the lamest way to interpret "inside" the room or player thoughts...but just be you....Yiu the man and are never wrong.... correct....No G.M worth a used jock will want to walk into a organization where he is forced a staff upon him...85 to 95% of time a G.M is etained and a HC change occurs...less upheaval organization wise and easiest to correct....if the following yr same issues occur...then he is gone...If both arent canned it is usually always the HC...and or Co-Ords first...well in well ran organizations...and we can all agree we have become the benchmark in well ran....up until recent, but is it a HC issue...or overall?...the smart money says it's HC and this is the time to move....if we re-up and he still coaches like a stubborn brain dead guy looking at 2019...then we just handcuff ourselves further into the wandering in the drakness on the hook for his salary and killing our coaching cap you have to remember...GCn20 is either Osh's mom...Wife...whoever....but he will fall on the knife of Osh is da bomb and it;s everything and everyone elses fault...even tho Osh picks the roster...chooses who dresses and gets major reps, and refuses to use beneficial rules...chooses to play injured guys....uses excessive Canadians when not needed, and when they not better than an import... well kinda...Walters has no say or input on the game day roster...plan....etc...basically anything really once camp breaks....and that's what you want....A meddling G.M is a disfunctional organization...That being said tho...should he have maybe had a few "discussions"?? hell ya, because Osh has basically driven the team right into the dirt

He valued some things over talent...but unlike Ritchie who had a similar trait..albeit more vet over whatever it was Osh sees but Coach Ritchie also valued talent...and had the x and o acumen to facilitate things...Osh lacks that and history shows us without top notch coordinator around him..hes a bit of a dud with his bad traits compound it Miller is a smart guy and knows what kind of guy to hire..Inhave no worries..If Osh wants to poach a coach have at er..some need to go..the ones that need to stay...they will stay..u can bet on it...we don't need a house clean..Just a few key spots need to be expunged... I heard a few interesting things the other day...if i able to substantiate it I will share Yeah in several instances we kept the wrong vets...and valued others where that should have went to some who walked

We can't drag our feet...that's part of the reason we had to settle with Hogan...also why we ended up missing on some FA's I think when Wade took over things shifted a bit in regards to the BOD He essentially has say over the football ops. He may run things by to get a feel or let em know..but football related stuff is his domain...the way it was before was why we were in the state we were Yeah..he has too much say...and no real feel on the pulse...and things coming out and rumblings I hear is his way on going about things in some instances doesn't sit as well as before...and interestingly enough more so with some vets

yeah....he got done hard raw....Players were not happy about that as well I also think Bowman is also a up and comer and some of the new breed who could be around a while as a HC... Yup...He's quietly biding his time and is a guy who building a nice resume of experience there in Mtl and can see being plucked as there not much MTL can really do there for him uless they cut bait with some guys...which I can't see.....Maybe they move from Thorpe but I dont want him anywhere near here...As far as cancers go on a coaching staff...He's the poster child...Melanoma Head personified Mickey Donovam is also a guy who would be a good candidate for new blood somewhere....No Nonsense kinda guy...players love and respect...and will get best outta everyone....If there was an outlier off the radar kinda guy to give a shot to...in an already established culture like here...He's be a real good pick and I would be more than happy with him

Osh was a nobody coach when hired... You find a guy who has a brain and isnt limited in his capacity to use said brain..not a hard concept I don't think G.M is an issue here and be fine with Walters back..but a definite line needs to be established as to who the boss is and we lost that deliniation several yrs ago and well the obvious result of that takes us to now
