Just cause osh is playing someone doesn't mean they better @wbbfan hit it on head about J.Jones...but his fate was sealed when T.Jones was reupped to a 2 yr deal and Wilson was brought back J.Jones is a legit multi tooled LB...and can also lay the lumber He meets a ball carrier in hole...not after they bust through...and he was exceptional at dropping into zone...and his pass rushing is as good as prime Biggie...if you have the ability go watch his play on his 7 sack season If anything he should be on instead of Ayers who we don't use effectively on defense...and he would also take a lot of reg reps on defense...he plays Mac and Wil....special teams...but hes backseat to incumbents We are wasting away the true impact of our top 2 picks this yr in Shay and Smith...bith more than capable of taking reps at will...and in role we had Griffin play...do people realize he is a 220 pound plus player...hes not a typical DB body Shay and Smith could easily fill role he played before we wised up and put him at sam...as well as collateral contribute at wil....they both have more athleticism and upside than the Canadian sask plays at wil...and that's because going Canadian there...corner and safety allows them to dress pretty much all import...impact dlinemen...and it shows...we pale in comparison

if your DT made a difference...or any minimal impact...it reverberates to the ends...and other DT...the teams who's ends eat...have a DT or nose who are collapsing the pocket...and sending the QB right into them When WJ...Jeffcoat....the Hansen Kingbo rotation was feasting and causing havoc...They had Nevis...Stove...Sayles....guys of that ilk causing issues inside

Oh I agree less than adequate starters make great backups on back third of their careers in some positions....especially ones with experience for if/when they have to come in a mixture of that and young guys earning their stripes on teams...is where you succeed But for most part...we have no clue of what many of the backups can do cause when have we seen them?....

Yeah Pokey back helps...will help Demski bigtime...Clercius is jut getting better....and yeah with Echols for this yr added I think he gives us something we need and Wheatfall can grow into his spot without having to be leaned on....But we woefully weak after that Sterns back would be perfect for him being able to be the 4th...5th guy ...and us. We do tho need another legit Canadian backup....and really Woli traded for would be perfect....can play multiple spots....hands were never an issue and both Strev and ZC trust him and have good chemistry with him...Corcoran is just a big nothing burger and pales in comparison to Woli in the run game....the reason of the excuse why Osh likes to roster him....and other than 1..2 games he's been horrible at it

He had a whole part of his defense defect....had to redo his oline somewhat....Had to start yr with his backup ...no real back up...rotating door at rb with injuries...he gets some leeway...is also 2-0 in his cup appearances....if they cut him loose we'd be dumb to not go after him He also plays his best players...will bench guys in game....and actually coaches ....no brainer and done all this the last 3 yrs with not near the support and luxuries we have here

yeah....and as we dont know the true dynamics involved the HC may have way too much say too...who knows but something definitely is lacking in cohesion and communication

I'm talking his running....and I agree...but he looked fine in NFL...and he looked pretty good with just 2 yrs of QB play in university when he first arrived....he looks like a wtf happened under Buck and Oc guy.... Faj looked like a total doofus and useless putz too until the yr he beat us in Grey Cup...cause he got exposed to some good coaching and a team structured around him to allow him to succeed.....and cant believe i gonna say this but I'd take him over any guy we have currently with our disarray on the oline and receiving group.... Guy is obviously tough as **** and could probably score points here or get us in position too with his running...and huck and chucking and ability top take a beating and just keep taking more His school yard sand lot shenanigans would prob be more effective than our Oc and his schemes

exactly...a 100 percent healthy..or close to Strev next yr....ZC if back, and Wilson...as well as hopefully Elgersma after an off-season of actually grabbing a legit FA receiver and Oline guy, and or trading for some, a real OC nad a pro level coaching is deserved to them, and then judge....and if that all stink then...well...we screwed for that yr and time to clean house in the QB department

Vaval right now...sucks as a corner....he isnt reacting or aware....he too busy thinking still...he's a hinderance right now.... well you can pull Vanterpool for one....And if you replace Mitchel with Echols theres a returner...Also Cobb for one of Jake or Korn...There's another option at returner.... Bailey can come on for any Canadian....Ball...Thomas...etc Or...Give Castillo all 3 kicking duties and swap the punter with Baily...Punter guys presence on our roster isnt gonna win us any games and be key.... it's not anymore....it's currently....he has less recovery than even Schoen had and before retearing his ACL again he had zero burst...minimal ability to separate...or create separation after the catch...It's rare at best for any player save for a lineman to come back first yr post op to show they have regained it all...doesnt happen...Yr 2 tho yes.....they should be back, and if not 90% That's where you need to judge Strev with his running ability. I actually think we match well defensively, but we need the experienced corner in Houston to be succesful Guy is a good corner....sure he took a lot of chances and git burned at times...but if he reigns that in....we are worlds better....and are more experienced.....which helps everyone Hope to see Kramdi soley at Safety and Griffin at SAM....Even some use of Woodbey there and Griffin at that dime role he excelled at, and NOT Kelly! With 6 starters on offence and only needed 1 on defence....no need for Kelly to even be out there....Or Thomas/Korn for that matter

then we should mesh well as basically I do too....Ratio would be changed...players to facilitate it would be targeted....no position would be penciled in pre-camp save for maybe BO but even then if we un-earthed a Mike Pringle we'd be seeing a lot of 2 back sets and BO used in slot Loyalty would be shown to the team....not the player as well.....Thats the world I came from...You underperform....you're out

He and the team need to think of ZC longterm health now....guy got knockedthefuck out last game....compounding the other huge shots he's took Fortify our defence with the best guys we have available that can create havoc/confusion Manage the offence with our bread abd butter and tailor it accordingly, and not try to be fancy The remainder of the season and any success we may have in play-offs (and I believe we can have some) is completely in coach's hands now...Time to show they deserve the accolades many give them, and coach this team and make the smart choices/moves 2/3rds of the season in the books surely has been enough time to figure it out and see who/what is the issues
