yeah...Our backups and potential upside guys were actually faring very well vs BC's offensive starters...and were up 10-3 Our scrubs and draft picks were hosed by BC's scrubs and draftee's.... Ball is ball regardless of who it is against....Heck a lot of our "starters" didnt play at all in pre-season really, so who knows how they would have fared vs scrubs and TCF...But all made the club from the tub. Some say Elsbury is the answer at center but he didnt overall impress and as an Import that would make you have to switch your ratio, and likely play inadequate Canadian receivers, and even worse as their backup...That import center has to be exceptional at worst...Did Eli even polay any center in Pre-season to play himself outta the starting lineup? Also...Come the real game time Elsbury will be seeing legit schemes and likely stuff he has never faced, not the vanilla he saw in pre-season...is he gonna be able to make the proper calls?...or is he gonna flub a bunch of them and risk ZC getting eviscerated in the process??...

currently Ham has Augustine..Wheatfall...Fox...Hubert...Myron Mitchell of all people on their roster...all guys we cut adrift and rally have not adequately replaced another interior DT and WR...As one example also had Garbutt but he got hurt...still isnt 100 percent an I think out of football at moment. So teams find value and use in our cast offs....and ironically Ham had a better record than us, so the excuse some use that this team..or that team is garbage doesnt hold weight. Not saying all are world beaters, but all were solid and its a collective effort in the end as well.. I like a lot of what we kept.. I said if you look back I think they will keep, or should keep Mazzccua as there something there..As well as Fletcher who is multi versatile and Reese who has best get off, and were smart keeps....Sure we have a log jam of LB's....but we also have 2 long in tooth and only really need one, so keeping another younger one to develop would been the smart choice. Singer was best of a bad group of WR recruits and serves multiple roles so again a smart choice but if this plan of starting 3 Canadians is real then keeping him...Womack...and Fredrickson around but seems redundant and a waste of PR space when there zero chance to get on roster, while we have really only 3 canadians worthy of being actual starters....keep one import and load your PR with defensive guys with serious upside with the other 2 spots

yeah...we have an aging core...we let a lot of young promise walk tho...and we need to change that. I not saying dump all yhour vets, but many canbe replaced by younger guys with upside and more skill, and not hurt you in the least outside of Clercius/Demski/Neild he is the best backup Canadian as he can play inside...outside...return...run jet sweep we go 3 national recievers...we have the worst group in league again...especially if one of Demski or Neild goes down...Clercius is already hurt, and there no guarantee Demski goes injury free...heck he didnt even make it outta camp with zero contact. Add to that the fact we know damn well Osh will play a hampered/injured Demski who will offer minimal results as well...we\'ve seen it before so not a make believe story to trash Osh....

well...they kind of are. Nothing in "practice" can really separate anyone from one another. Game reps vs real bullets and schemes and tendencies you haven't seen for weeks over and over show a lot....Just look at Clintons pick six...realized what Sask was doing, from watching and Ipad and adjusted his drop to basically bait that int...Jones cant drop in the right area to save his life...and if he did and made that pick...he wouldnt have hit paydirt. Rookies and scrubs playing against other teams similar players is irrelevant...If you are a ball and can...and do make plays...you will also surrounded by the returning vets when the real games come...especially on defense in the CFL....Offense is a bit different and the nuances...waggle...accounting for the extra defender take time...Defense for most part you can step right on, save for maybe halfback...This fallacy you need to have 1..2 yrs of seasoning is crap...if you can play...you can play

Many holes in his game....He is a good depth/rotational piece but he is not a top full time MLB in the league We really needed to keep only one of Jones and Wilson and have them as the DA and or Nationalized Canadian, and allow Woodbey/Ayers and a new import rookie the opportunity, along with give Smith and Shay as much work as possible if not one the actual starting spots

We definitely upgraded a couple positions...but looking at what we kept..and PR'd..our depth i bet gonna be even worse than last yr..and heavily relying on old guard to stay healthy. And I didnt think it was possible but our receiving group..especially if we stupidly go 3 Canadian will be worse than last yr...especially if white or Pokey go down...plus I have zero faith Demski will go unknicked..

Didnt catch a ball..the couple routes he went out on he looked awkward and lost...his pass protection was awful...and this shitkicking blocking Walters yammerned on about..I didnt see it in the 2 games or 4 practices I went to For that matter what did Kyrie and Jones do to earn the spot other than be vet holdovers? Yet here they are gonna be starting...Smith..Woodbey..Ayers and Griffin tho showed they are worthy and should take the main reps...Shay as well and really Clinton out played them all and "hustled" "tried" hard too...its Corcoran's traits Osh raves about and gets him playtime..why doesn't it work for a player possibly pushing a vet out? Easy to be "wrong" on an Osh controlled team...he will bypass talent for other odd reasons..and thats fact Case in point..Clinton out performed all import lbs in various areas..and is untapped potential..and we went total status quo...on a failing team of last few yrs..explain As for Bailey.. he on roster even as last guy will offer a lot more than whatever Canadian osh will put on...and thats a fact too...but not shocking in the least

Reese i sure will be here all yr in some capacity. He has the best get off at snap than anyone. He also has that uncanny move at snap where he pops off line..then kinda pauses..baiting the tackle to commit then explodes past him..watch for it if you can rewatch tape I think we may see in first 3..4 games some guys in and out of lineup to find best combo Dixon I think is a lock as he can play well inside and out..as can Fletcher who I think they PR as he is a similar player...id like to see us IR one of Jones or Kyrie to start season to allow Arnold Young to get on roster..like to see him and Cersna side by side on some sets If there a surprise cut I could see it being Cam Allen...if he doesn't accept a PR spot..and Vpool..he seemed to have regressed

Not sure Osh' mindset going into these games..no vets get any work and we have had rusty starts due to it....And why give TE most the game, you see what he is about..Live arm...some pocket awareness but needs a lot of seasoning, and needs to just relax and let play come to him,,,,We then have Perkins playing with all crap really, so tough to gauge. I think he will be fine, he just needs to also settle in and play his game and not worry about show casing his arm...there were a few times he had acres of yards he coulda ate up but was too occupied with trying to show some passing chops and forced..or awkwardly tossed balls he didnt need too...play his game...roll outs..sprint outs...RPO stuff and his passing will look a lot better, as history in 2 leagues and college will show... Fredrickson as well...all game...while others got reps here and there...sure he caught a few but also muffed several and was basically fed 80% of the passes tonight...and did nothing with it really...both games...and basically does zero after the catch...like running in mud...The one drop was a direct result of his lack of athleticism and vertical...couldnt get his big body up to make the catch. Singer has won and should b the 5th receiver, as he is a returner, and sure dropped one he should have had but is explosive and has big play ability, and pair him with the starting Offence as the 5th guy...he will look damn good. Also have to consider Lamont as we know Osh likes his vets, and he did nothing to play himself off the team and that was playing with scrubs and guys who will be cut. Place him with the starting group and he would be just fine. And the fact we had Jaylen Smith in a 2 man safety role at times, and Vaval will be a DA and likely DB backup we prob don't DA an extra DB so it frees up Dline help. With Griffin...Smiths emergence...Kramdi at safety if we sustain a DB injury Griffin can easily slide out to one the spots and Kramdi or Smith take over SAM.... One thing i find odd was that all this talk and hype about Daniels...we basically ignored him and had zero involvement of him in passing game...like wtf?...See what he can do catching and route running...unless we hiding it for the real season it was a bit perplexing...and If they don't plan to use I have a a hard time seeing an AR spot for him as he really showed nothing in his reps we couldnt get with an extra olineman, or using MCI or Clercius as a TE Glad I was in my seat and didnt have to watch it...The use of the new scoreboards was good tho...basically full screen of plays....minimal ad interruption. And the new ribbon boards below the ring of honour and at field level are pretty nice and slick...stadium looks good...best in league by far for game presentation

Yeah he is intruiging and with already in house bigger bodied Clercius..Neild..Daniel's and even MCI with his expanded role he seems like the right fit. Twitchy quick too in close quarters. This allows us to DA Vaval as returner and backup DB so if he needs to play defence Singer can take on some return work so we dont burn him out..

I only watch tsn for cfl if I being honest I dont think you are far off the mark. International views occur as I know many over seas who view it Also I know Brandon Collier who runs PPI Recruits in Europe uses it for a ways to get guys to be exposed to CFL ball and show there is a pro option outside of the NFL I would also assume global players who have families outside n.america would be using this to watch games

Doubt it As i showed on a roster breakdown we can have all of Jones..Wilson..Ayers and Woodbey on roster with a DE to replace Vaughters as well as a rotational dlineman like Jenkins to go with Ceresna...now will we? With Smith and Shay chomping at bit and needing to play..and they can..does it not make sense to dump our oldest/least versatile..thay be Jones and let the Canadians take up the slack..Stuart on roster to grow and use that spot Jones takes up on a true Nose..or even another WR/DB who has return ability? If they make money now...and it has some success...even limited....it's a bonus and all good Of when the contract runs it's course, and the DAZN peeps feel they no longer wanna be a part of it...then so be it and you will adjust your teams revenue stream and everything involved accordingly....won't be demise of anything, and in that time maybe there will be new different options too....guess we shall see But going status quo with TSN as the sole distributor of the product had to change/shift, unless they did a total overhaul/revamp of how they go about it...and that was never happening. So the CFL is trying to branch out and find new ways and means to promote and get the product out there, and have added a buttload of cash to the teams in doing so...which isnt a bad thing by any stretch
