explain last yr then when he was deployed more than Lawson...and dont say Lawson wasnt ready....he was a beast already but as others have said....as extreme depth...5-10 reps a game....be stomacheable.....that being said if it was also ratio dependent....also he was a part of a good defence....but what's his cumulative contribution to it...and where has he stood out.....in a impactful way?....But anyone who can honesty say him taking reps before Woods..Adams...Fox make our defense better truly not watching. ...and is strictly a Osh loyalist as what many of us were saying all yr Osh has a Canadian bias and if not for the ratio would dress as many as he could...even if they are a lesser talent....he does it now....

I'd give him some slack if he would come out and say....reviewing the last couple cups...I really messed up dressing 6 guys in 2023 I shouldn't have.....and really really screwed up leaving ZC in when he was a detriment, and not having a capable roster to accommodate for Demski likely not going to be able to do much....thats the bare minimum....take ownership....be accountable.....but we know we will never hear that....but he will look at the tape tho....and say both them gave us best chance to win....we can bet on that

Thats where Walter's and Miller....His bosses' need to say....We are going with youth/better....but we will carrying him for mentorship and or injury depth....if we are in dire need.....and if you aren't in agreement....we will not re-sign him....no more tail wagging the dog

every great player...coach....gm eventually gets old and stale....loses something along the way and teams move on.....and ones who fail to learn from the past....or adapt with the changing times last even a shorter period. Buck I think has a hard time with in-situ adaptation. He can create a great scheme/plan and system....but if anything goes off the rails....or an opposing coach flips the script....he just doen't seem to have it in him to adapt/adjust and has tunnel vision...he needs a quality control...even game day manager to help him I have to say Osh is much the same way....just cant get past sticking with what worked before....and truly believes if you keep banging away at it....it's gonna work.....and it won't....and hasn't His answers after the fact too at a lot of presser's indicate he has no answer....you don't have to go back and "look at the tape" every time to see what the issue was...thats his favorite answer When has he shown any progression and growth in the last 5...6 yrs?....He used to take chances....do unique things.....gamble.....find ways to utilize unique and vague rules....there has been none of that Honest question here, based on what we have seen last half decade....some of the things newer coaches have been doing....who truly thinks he is a guy who can get us over the hurdle again? in terms of 2025 roster too....I'd be more than fine moving on from Castillo...great guy and teammate....but getting a Canadian or a Global to do it free's up a key DA position for us where we could have it be so useful to us. Salary as well that could be saved could be the difference of keeping a key piece

That would be ideal...let him do waht Miller did as a un-official coach to transition to it full-time in 2026.....and 6 game him all yr, and late season if we need an injury replacement here and there...or roster allows for him to be a DA for teams and situational reps....without hand-cuffing us elsewhere....then have at er....but his days as the defacto MLB are in the rear view

WJ will be perfect...and fine with the right guys with him....and allowed to play 1/2 to 2/3rds snaps as a pass rush specialist Our roster....and our PR needs serious deconstruction and reconstructed to be more versatile for us as to where.,,.who and how we deploy our Nationals and Imports....this is an area that has killed us of late

YUP...just as we dont know if we would have won with a non injured Collaros that game...and based on what we witnessed and were out classed/coached...likely not. He kept him in for several reasons.....firstly he truly believes come high or hell water that ZC is the best of the best....secondly...he suffers from severe smartest guy in the room mentality.....thirdly I truly think he doesn't have the ability to adapt and change on the fly...as I havnt seen it...his way of doing things...and his ideals have basically been the same as game 1 in 2014...he has not evolved or adapted at all...and is riding with what worked for the team in 2019-2021....and even then it wasn't do to materfull coaching...it was a lights out roster...we dont have that now....and he's to blame for that too Coaching and coaching decisions have been 90% the reason for 3 straight cup embarrassments....and players not performimg...executing or just not good enough....is a direct result of yup you guessed it...coaching
