True...most here agreed we needed a lights out performance from the offence to offset any chance of getting worn out on dline and that's exactly what we got...looking back now I sure Mace will regret not trying to establish his ground game He just had to look across the field and if did his homework see how in many games...we were down..run wasn't really working but we kept at it...took over and ground teams out Barely...insignificant reps And 165k for this apparent playoff beast import rb...money well spent I doubt we see Armstead anywhere next yr AJO...all hype...guess he forgot his foam hammer...didn't see it Saturday lol

Was a risky move tho...if it was a close game..or sask got out in front early...and they had a smart coaching staff and committed to run...we would have been scuffling...but we took the lead and for once didn't take foot of throat...and that was key
-
Yup..I agree...if we prepared and our coaching is on point again..I can see this being a cruise to a victory
-
Been best unit all yr...to even think that you were gonna make hay on them as your plan of attack was poor planning...hence why they losers
-
Yup...and that's where game was won...Mace git out coached...they should have committed and stuck to the 2 back run game if they looked at our lineup...but thy didn't.. and it cost them...Our offence also came to play which was key and put them down 2 scores early which almost forced them not to run too...was a perfect storm for us..well done!

Agreed...he needs to expand a bit more on what he did last week...and we should be ok ZC the last 5..6 weeks now has seemed a bit different...different in the good sense...like circa 2021 different I also don't think Arbuckle is gonna be able to read and decipher the looks he is gonna see fast enough..especially if younger continues to rotate different guys into same role in certain schemes..will give arbuckle multiple things to try and consider and he will be making errors Feeling quite confident regardless who we dress

Blue jersey..gold pants...nothing else please

Nobody is taking anything away from him..been one the best runs in cfl history...world won't end when he is gone tho...as long as we have compatent management above him still...a big part of what most miss here. It's a concertive group effort to the end game...a piece falls by the wayside as long as the rest are still competent...you should continue just fine...just like we parted with Harris...Hardback...Nichols...lost Stev for a while...Grant...Bailey..Stove...Nevis...a couple coaches...we didn't derail..had some issues but over came And nobody is taking anything away from anyone but it wasn't one guy who is the reason...that's all...and if anyone of you were ever in a pro room you would see that a team is only as good for most part as their coordinators and assistants...they are the guys putting the game plan and doing majority of coaching together...and the HC manages their work. It's not a bias against someone or a slight...just way it is...and more times than not a HC who tries to coordinate at same time...rarely successful or can sustain Many think I don't like Osh...wrong...I don't like some things he does..and yes we have been successful in spite of some....just like last week..6 dlineman was probably a risky wrong thing to do...but we won anyway...not cause of that...but because the offence came to play and we had a good coached gameplay...if game had played out a different way..low scoring slog it out on ground game...that lineup would have got gouged and ground right out

a key interception that clearly wasn't an interception
-
we had a Mike Reilly....who was awesome.....A coach Ritchie who got a raw deal....we had a Bud Grant who was...well Bud Grant...Cal Murphy as well..... Mike Oshea dont get me wrong.....has been as good as it gets too....but life will go on as well...It's management and who ran the team that brought us to the dark ages....Avoid that...we be fine Every great coach....runs his course...it\s ineviteable
-
yup....he's got them in the playoffs....mase a few gaffs....but he also a relatively nw HC....I sure they will give him another yr...I think most teams now will, based on success we have had here and fact that in yr 3...we could have axed Osh but gave him that extra bit of rope
-
His ties are this team...and staff...and his players They can add the Asst. H.C to his title in the short term certainly. Some guys too just don't want the main headset either...tho sure not case with him. Maybe a home cup win osh calls it a career and younger slides in. Guess after 2025 season we will see. At this juncture I don't see anyone looking for a HC next yr. Edm I think will give Jackson another yr...he earned it I can't see ott canning dyce either...other than that I see no opportunity next yr
-
I said before game..coaching was gonna win or lose it for us...they stepped up and was a key reason...hope they have more for Sunday
-
It's a generational team...all time great 2 grey cup wins..2 in a row...5 straight appearance...it's certainly a dynasty team. It's hard in a SMS era to do that, and you have to look at for majority of the run 80 percent of roster was part of it We win Sunday...3 outta 5...2 losses being under 1 score and for most part last minute losses would cement it...and if we lose but show up again in 2025...it will have to be considered a legit dynasty team...none of us will ever see a run right it again in our life. Atlanta braves...of 90s one just the one world series.. but what..11 straight pennants..they were called a dynasty..

Cox Jr was guy flipping fans off after the game....all class Rider's...all class
-
I have no fear of the dark ages again...not with the upper management we have...and even if a guy leaves here and there...the foundation and the way is set...we good
-
Cfl style mustache...12 per side hahaha
-
I hope they roll with him and Harris again next yr...be another yr of failures...especially if Mueller is kept
-
WJ was fine...the riders trying to scheme him out allowed other guys to have success...and he had a couple key knock downns
-
I think he was combining the 2 playoff gamez....u know...the ones Oullette said that's why they pay him the big money
-
And for the yr...he was just over 4 yards a carry...and definitely not a straw that stirred any drinks in any game Money well spent for a guy who brings a toy hammer to pose with and a box of Clairol hair dye
-
I can be critical and still be a fan..my critical comments are not unfounded. Yes
-
To punctuate what losers the Riders are...they had a successful fake punt..blocked a punt in our end...recovered a fumbled punt...in our end...and still lost...a lot of times just one of those events results in a win...just flat out loser organization
-
i think this yr it's what he has been doing....getting his feet wet and earning his chops....moving forward tho he certainly will get touches....big strong athletic guy who runs a sub 4.50 forty.....it will happen
-
a bit of foreshadowing here....if we win the cup on Sunday.....just watch the Rider Fans ***** and moan we got lucky and didn't earn/deserve it or only won because T.O had the back-up QB playing...one who has started a lot of games mind you...totally looking over the fact one of their feeble wins in history was because we had to start a guy in his first career start for the Grey Cup and had minimal reps all year as well because the HCat the time rarely put him in for garbage time....that and the fact too if video replay was in effect....they would have lost too.....it's gonna happen you can bank on it...and will be glorious to read
