Yup...when they realized his running ability and escape ability they abused it to the extent his running became predictable and irrelevant Let him go back to a QB who can run to escape pressure if need be...my opinion is a good signing...1 yr deal..to.show he cam be a qb..and is only 30...so conceivably has 5..6..yrs ahead of him. People who say he can't throw based on what we did with him are mislead... Buck didn't know what to do with a lot of his players skill sets..that was one his faults.. and had a hard time adjusting on fly outside his game plans if they didn't work That's why I like Jackson here and hope to hell he has a lot more say in the playbook creation and game day quality control...he knows how to utilize certain skill sets to get most out of them Tracy Ham'sh Go watch his college games...he's fine in pocket..as he was in his brief nfl snippets The thing is if you let him play as a pass first QB with that running threat if things break down or DE' s don't respect contain..defences will have to.play pass and still be wary of him taking off...especially if we use sprint outs...slide protections to switch up launch points...how we used him last yr..was pointless and teams just crashed down with ears pinned back... Our coaching hooped and hamstrung us in varying aspects..hopefully they have learned

that was god awfull management 5 straight yrs....3 straight failures...preventable ones....sure they good times....but in the end if you happy with failing...then be happy....your choice...nobody connected to the team is happy...nor considered those season's a success...why do you? should give you a lil more incentive tho...no?

My take is that if you wanna be in your home Grey Cup...do what ya gotta do...does it mean go over tha cap a bit...so be it...does it mean circumvent the cap a bit and pay ungodly "Marketing" money to secure a guy...have at er as the fans have been here for the team and helped fill their coffers....reward them a bit for it.....if it means stepping on some toes of other G.M's....giver'...the nice guy schtick and act has grown a bit stale...asl long as it in the constraints of the rules and normal football Op's coming and goings....I'm all for it...If it mean's poaching a guy of a PR....poach away....not like it's illegal. A group with Sterns and White..and unknown of Schoen...doesn't wow me at all...and is White what he was? He wasn't last yr ...if there's a chance to get Lawler back now you take it...let them all battle in camp...it's not written anywhere that you only need to bring in rookies to compete for open slots...a mix of rooks and 2..3..4 yr guys is the smarter option...let the 8 best guys make the team on AR..PR and IR Yeah I won't take anything from Dunk or any insider at any value I agree...but I have reservations...we don't know what schoen will be...and a player who had a run of freak injuries and mishaps can also go on a run of yrs of 18 games...so nothing is guaranteed Heard...or seen no evidence of where Schoen is at...every player will claim they will be ready...more often than not tho they aren't And we know how ZC plays with guys he not used to...or comfortable with...and it's not good...and being a yr older...won't be better If schoen ain't ready...a group of Mitchell..Demski..Clercius..Sterns and White can't be considered a top group I must add...our guys we didn't bring back but we're snapped up immediately we're called slugs..mediocre...inadequate...yet we just picked up 2 recievers who were in the same boat...did we pick up what others claimed our former guys were?

and if yu signed other guys...then you get a guy back unexpectedly....perfect....allows yhou tohave a true legit TC where guys are competing to stay....what could be better than that.....and the guys who arent good enough get cut...oroffered a PR spot...if anything gives you a better ...deeper roster.....thats what camp should be for anyway...Used to be when I played...you brought in the best....didn't bring guys in and say "if we can get 4 to 6 good reps outta him" as part of your plan....you brought in guys who figured could be a starter...and then depth piece if they got beat out....then PR..... You also continually brought in better players throughout the yr if one fell in your lap....and the PR was generally in a state of flux for a good 3rd of it...we basically choose or PR ...and thats that

obviously...guys even talk during the season to be honest about the next...But as per the mandate of the Tampering/Exclusivity part....that 2 days the former team can put forth their final...or revamped offer and the offer sheet team cant rebut it...so if the player in question didnt wanna leave...but was only gonna due to money...and you can now match...or beat...wouldnt logic say he would accept?.... dont have to play silly buggers...but instances where it was 15.20...30k difference...thats totally doable

All solid players Ham signed with league experience to hit ground running...all save for woli under utilized as well...will be interesting to see how they do...will Definitely be minimal gelling time And at worse...solid depth behind starters...more depth than we have currently on defence...

he throws a lot of craptacular passes....guys like Bailey when here...Lawler and Schoen bailed him out...Schoen took a beating doing it too...He was never a touch guy on swings or outlet tosses....but his intermediate and deep balls were money...how many times the last yr...yr and a half have we seen him hit guys in stride....or lead thenm to space?...Not very often.....

thats exactly whats gonna happen Our dline play has suffered since we went aay from heavy rotation with guys like Nevis and Stove in middle...with minimal Jake...and 4 ends who all could contribute and make impact plays...we need to get back to that not to be a dickwad...but why? For yrs now we have seen Osh run out inferior guys...lean toward favorites...and play injured guys..many of whom were favs over j=healthy guys...whats gonna make him change now? I see no reason for him to not continue the trend....and if not for Biggie being hurt right now..He's be starting this yr too Shouldnt tho Smason or another promising rookie be that guy?....allow the to develop and give you possible roster fluidity next yr...and the next? If he feels he needs to have him on the roster so badly....Re-number him and have him be that 7th olineman for the jumbo packages....and can serve as in game depth for 2 or 3 reps or soley as insurance if 2 guys go down....Stealing repsfrom better players, or stunting young guys growth does nothing for the betterment of the team...now...and into 2026

Exactky...some people can't actually see what needs to be seen....or actually know what to watch....no slight on them as they do not have an extensive football background....but he is just not good enough and you can see teams do specific things for when he is out there People will challange the criticism that "I will trust in Osh as he is a coach and people complaining are nobodies) well many people here have real extensive football back grounds and knowledge...And yah Osh is a pro coach...but he has shown time and time again for over 10 yrs now, that he has favorites and values certain guys for reasons only known to him, that are not based on talent and whats best for the team and roster....It's not just a complaint here that he looks like a mixed beer league slow pitch player....tho that also doesnt help his cause either....he's constantly sucking wind....not involved....can't really go and get involved and just flat out...is not good enough anymore nor deserves to be on a roster....reality hurts and sucks...but thats the reality

it seems like his protection isnt as good...and he is panicked and pressured...I think it more he not nimble and as quick to recognize, and maneuverer himself like he was.....hence what we see...Sure the oline isn't what we were used to...dominant...but they were by no means a collection of stiffs and scrubs. He also the last 2 yrs has lost a lot of his touch and accuracy....tell tale sign of a QB losing arm strength

and hence....not very good......you can look like him and be uber athletic...explosive.....my experience is you put best players out there...rgardless of color..race...nationality and SKILL....nothing given...and everything earned...and maintained

yeah dont dislike the person ....just dislike the player he is now since basically our 2019 Cup win.....happens to every player...I Like Biggie...know him...trained with him....but he shouldnt be on the field either....even as a depth rotation guy....He has no upside and shouldnt be looked at for the future...so why delay the inevitable and block a young guys development...or just a better player with yrs still ahead of them

I value skill....usefulness....production...and progression.....he has limited at best of any of that now.....thats the issue....and he taking reps just slows the development of others and the ability to roster a diff player who can have use on ST's...in rotation somewhere...and offers upside Has nothing to do with his fat sloppy appearance and trotting around gasping for air Warren Sapp looked like a ball of turd...and there been others...but they were athletic and made plays....just as people discount a guy for being smaller....if they have skill and athleticism and make plays...play them...I have made that argument as well for a small guy if you wanna cherry pick assumed beliefs I have JT really other than being a marginal depth piece at best now offers not much else....let a young guy do that...with upside...and cheaper....not sure how that doesn't make sense ...good sense...and makes our roster better...and frees up some money...maybe not tons....but 30k at the very lesst that could bee the difference to keeping say a Lawler or Dobson
