Rios as well...whom I think is gonna be a good player...was used and abused pretty much on all the big plays and scores...if you watch game highlights him and Hecht were prominently displayed...and not in a good way...also Fenner who came on as season went on was out there...not abused as much...but has less speed than Jones and isn't as good in coverage...though I htink he is really missed on teams and reason why we havn't been as good in kick coverage the last little while

A big key being overlooked as well..Experience at the ever important QB spot...Collaros has that..Evan's really doesn't...and is due for a brain cramp or two...and big games often bring that from y experience...

and we should be able to pay him the most...we don't have to pay for a canned coach..and I believe Hall is on a 1 year contract, so if we go a different direction there it won't cost us...And if Lapo leaves for a HC gig elsewhere..again it won't cost us...so if we get into a bit of a bidding war...we should be more than okay there

I think across the board we are better too...Cat's are drinking up their own Kool-Aide and will be their demise..people ranting about their high powered offence...they scored 43 more points than us all year...included in that was the 64 spot they dropped on the hapless Argos early on..sure they played with a back-up QB majority of the year, but he played all year..unhurt after that and is a thrower..Wpg put up points with multiple QB's..injuries at that position with multiple guys, missing their RB for a few games..and an offence until the last game of year rarely if ever tried to take the top off of a defense...this has changed now...I see a win

Yeah he got jobbed big-time...I think Miller did too to be honest..Williams wasn't even the best overall returner in the league...so unsure how he got that though as a cover guy always tough to beat out the flashy returner. All this Ticat love and propping up in media is a bit baffling...but great in my opinion...I hope most keep disregarding the Bombers..you can even see with how players are carrying themselves in CGy that they on a mission and all business whereas a lot of the Ticat contingent are acting like..well Riders hahahaha

He knows he has a good thing here. Bordering on great..if not great on leaving a real legacy and have his finger prints all over the Franchise's revival..and possibilty of going down as a legendary coach in our history with more successive years here..that's something I see that would drive him and keep him around until he gets forced out

If Walter's has gone on record as saying what he did...the mutual confirmation of wanting to be, then I would take it as a done deal eventually...and to me that is good news...Oshea is a big draw and gets the best..and most outta guys as a "team" if you ask me If there was trouble in the water, or a pretty good feeling of ways parting..Then Walter's would have just said we have talked about it, but nothing in ways of progress and left it at that...

So are the Strev doubters 100 percent certain he wont develop his passing more? Seems like it to me and that's foolish...many a good QB before him was similar..Ham for one..even Damon Allen was all run..spotty passing...you have to put a good 3 yrs into a guy before throwing away..he is leaps and bounds better than last year and if he was in an offence where he could actually play QB and run a normal offence..he could impress

Another thing to note if you watch highlights of the Cats vs us..most of if not all their success was abusing Rios and Hecht..two guys who are not on the defense now

He also.missed several games..and when came back wasnt his normal self..had brace on..looked limited..has since ditched brace last 3 games..been playing with a QB who can toss downfield..has nice stats and production ro show for it..he of double digit TDs and thousand yard seasons the last 2..

totally would have been...or knocked away...reciever was flat footed...waiting on ball..DB was bee lining to it

Man the people who complain about the traffic can eff right off..pardon my language...if they ever had to navigate going to and from a game in other places they would see this is a dream...In Oakland and San Fran where I attended many a game..NFL and College...game day travel logistics were a nightmare...easy 3 hours combined of travel..sitting...waiting...I go to Bomber games now from Southdale to IG and it has never took me more than 20 mins to get there...or 30..35 to get home....Can't say the same with travel to and from Polo...but I never bitched and moaned about it or said it should be in a better location. And based on city growth and populous who attend games...more are probably closewr to the new stadium..and will be in future than those who aren't...it's also easier for out of towners who attend as well for the most part...rant over

also the coaches salary cap plays into things..if you have to pay a guy you canned against your next year cap..how can you offer a guy like Oshea big money?
