All in all...another disappointment, and there are several reasons for it again...constants if you may call them that and really easily solved...and many won't like hearing this and will blindly disagree, but it's easily fixed if Osh would pull his head partly out his arse. The onus this off-season is on Walters and his team to sign and bring in the talent...and also part ways with some guys...even if the coach disagrees. I cannot see Miller being happy, nor he wanting a major bedshitting at home next yr in the Cup...let alone not even getting to the Cup... Thru necessity and not choice we have had to get younger and thats a plus...there are some solid pieces here now to go with keeping the right vets...and thats they key part of it...right vets. And by vet i mean a guy who's been here this yr and before Lawler and Schoen..Strev...Wilson...Clercius...BO...Demski...Woli ..MCI...Wallace....Bryant...Randolph...Eli......WJ...Nichols...Bonds...Ford...Holm...Griffin...Kramdi...Kelly...Cole...Garbutt....Woods....Adams...Lawson...was on fence with Haba but he stepped up so deserves another shot......Ayers...Hubert..,,Samson...Chris Smith deserves another shot....Person....Qb Wilson....Hubert deserves another camp....I'd love to see Notree back....thats the core we need to focus on retaining....fill in around that...everyone not mentioned who wasn't primarily a ST guy should not be back...and saves up some serious SMS bucks...and makes us younger...hungrier....better On the fence with ZC and his hefty contract....he will be another yr older and do we want another season of stats only to stumble in play-offs? It seems to be the trend and not a one off.... We have the guys to maintain a core like we seem to like to do...but a younger core....and we need to go that route...and this is totally up to our HC now to do the right thing(s) We are set up for continued sustained success....but we need to bring the right players along for it...We need a stud interior dlineman to augment what we have...we need a legit difference maker linebacker...we need a real returner....we need another proven Canadian offensive lineman...we need a real punter....I see 5 dire needs...which isn't a lot in the grand scheme....and the biggest thing we need to do is construct the roster and the PR aa an entity that compliments and covers it....no more carrying wasted spots....or guys all yr that will never bump anyone off...we seem to do that a lot too And the biggest key...we need to dress and play the best players we have...regardless of birth certificate and or position...and if that means moving pieces around and switching ratio spots...so be it

I wonder...If Strev wasnt hurt...does he come in and stay in and drag this team to victory?....I think he does But...I think Wilson could have too....T.O had zero tape on him and the guy showed poise and a crazy arm...plus he is mobile....I see good things in his future if we develop him like we did Brown...He seems more ready at this juncture than Brown did too...Look forward to his development next yr for sure

he's one best receivers in the league....and I like talent....and that first non catch...which I think was a catch wasn't the difference in game...that is same as a toe touch/toe drag across the sideline.....he totally got toe in and then touched out of bounds...Osh should have challenged that....several he shouldhave yet kept flag in pocket until game was long over. With a receiver to step up, he needs his QB to give him throws....and not always contested ones...his 3 td's in WF got us to the Cup....tho all 3 were not throws where he was hit in stride and could easily score....2 were under throws...one was a bit behind him I like Lucky too...but he totally ****** up...Jones I liked....he was god awful in the middle....I look at results and circumstance....4 guys...maybe 5 stepped up....The oline as a whole did too really....no fault there as well. See above....we got jobbed on that "non-catch' Defensively as well...the scheme is a good one....but also has to be used in what circumstance it suits...down and distance....position on field and should be used accordingly...and biggest part of it that fails us is who we have in the middle trying to run it....they aren't the guys....If we can land a legit interior guy...guys who can play this scheme and not give it to a couple middling Canadian DT's....for no other reason to me than because they are Candians and Osh likes them and makes him feel proud to be Canadian...because other than that...they would not get the reps they do anywhere else...likely not even rostered. That and get a play making difference maker MLB....Be it trade for one....grab the best Free Agent or allow a true banger/stud new guy to earn the job and use the season to cut his teeth agreed Hey...stop it!!! I said before we were lucky....and many here went ballistic and tugged even more on Osh's nuts....but I agree....

Demski would be fine as the 3rd guy in the rung...and used like in 2019-2023....why we went away from that is baffling Lawler can't do it himself and having to constantly field poor throws ...usually in double/triple coverage ain't helping A group with him....Schoen.....Demski as your third, with Wilson getting better (he looks legit) and a Clercius/Woli combo with BO would be lights out. Woli was sorely missed and the glue guy in that group....the comfort blanket. As @SpeedFlex27 mentioned we miss Adams and thats 100 percent true. Not so much for his ability now...but for his leadership of that group...the lead by example and the getting the guys on same page...Woli did that for us now...and where do you think he learned that?

Dynasty are winners....great teams get to the dance often...but cant seal the deal...we are a great team on a great run.....I more apt to say were a great team who over the last 2 yrs especially have seriously regressed and are on the edge of really tripping next yr if we don't do the right thing for 2025 and cut bait with some players...there are probably 6...7 who shouldnt be back....a couple cause they just suck now...and some where the bang for the buck isnt there and need that cash to re-stock with in their prime talent

it's a reflection on coaching...they were not prepared...coached up....whatever you wanna call it....it's been 3 straight yrs now...and if you look deeper...especially this yr...how many games have we looked unprepared....came out flat....got out coached/schemed....way too many Too much reliance on "the room" to set things straight....that aint working now when your top of the league talent is not top of the talent across the board any more. Time to start coaching....playing guys who earned it and work hard to get better....not the reward for service thing we have going on now far too long Coach and prep guys to be able to execute....some guys didn't execute, but were they put in best positions to execute??...nobody here can answer that....and Osh won't give us the real answer...and no player will speak out about it either But we need to have a coach who will make changes in season....put in or pull a guy regardless of tenure...ratio or status....more so status in his mind and not settle for what he broke camp with cause he thinks he picked a winner.....hasnt worked 3 yrs running

I'm pretty sure any Coach who has team in mind...and puts aside his love/belief that a veteran player no matter how much he thinks is the cats meow isnt cutting it....or is hurt and playing is to the detriment of the team would sit said player....I have never been involved with a coach who didn't Osh is not that guy...has failed us in this regard time and time again....not seeing it but gloming and clinging to 4 and 5 yrs ago success is laughable...and sad Dude needs to pull his head out his ass and do the right thing...Imagine if he cleaned some things up...would most likely had 4 cups at minimum and some ungodly regular season record I think it more some walked away from here as we ...at coaches request wanted to hang on to some of "his guys" instead.....The only changed we made were due to injury, and I can guarantee that If Biggie was an injury that didnt require seson ending surgery Osh would have played him....why wouldn't he...he did before A Bailey sure would have looked helpful with gritty grimy catches yesterday as a late season add to stick it to the Argo's who dumped him.....A returner who could flip a field and effect how a team kicked to you sure would have been effective...we could have and should have still had both...we chose to go a different route...things gotta change and in a big way coaches...who win the big games would...and have in the past...we rest on laurels and past greatness until they literaly suck....and as of last few yrs....have nothing in the hopper to replace then with...even if we wanted to yeah...thats some serious suckage

we will never know cause Osh will never...ever...EVER change the pace.....or replace an ineffective player....or drop an old vet.....or change his mindset......alter his philosophy....higly doubt evolve....and definitely wont change the smug face he likes at times when questioned....you can take that to the bank He will tho play his fav's...whether they best option or not....he will use excessive Canadians when he doesn't have to, even if they are not the best available player, or vital to the ratio....and he will every yr roster a guy for no particular reason that has no business being on the roster....and he will in a big game dress a guy or 2 who dont even touch the field...even with injury issues....or lack of performance...Last yr it was BOLO....This yr it was Samson....who's it gonna be next yr?????
