Both Hardrick and Neufeld have said in the past that they love the city and the organization.   Their was very little doubts of these guys coming back to the club. 
 
Bauming mentioned that the o-line did not see a drop in play when Bond went out with injury,  this is why he believed they would move on from him and plug in Neufeld.

WINNIPEG, MB., November 16, 2017 –   The Winnipeg Blue Bombers today announce the club has re-signed national offensive lineman Patrick Neufeld, and International offensive lineman Jermarcus Hardrick. Both were pending free agents.
Neufeld has signed a two-year extension after spending the past four seasons in Winnipeg. The seven-year CFL vet was originally acquired in a trade with Saskatchewan in 2013, and has played in 82 career games. He started the final two regular season games at left guard, as well as the Western Semi-Final.

“Without question, I’m really grateful to be returning to the Blue Bombers,“ said Neufeld. “As an offensive line group, we all believe we are just scratching the surface of what we can accomplish, and to be coming back to play for Coach O’Shea and Coach Marty, honestly, I could not ask for anything more. Wade and Kyle have built such a desirable franchise here, and to continue to be a part of that is beyond exciting.”
Hardrick has signed a one-year extension after being named a West-Division All-Star in 2017. He started all 18 games this season at right tackle, and 16 the year before, after signing as a free agent heading into the 2016 season. The Nebraska Cornhuskers product will be entering his fifth CFL season in 2018.
“I’m having the most fun of my life playing football right now,” Hardrick said. “This is one big family, and the fans of the Bombers have been so amazing to me and my family. I’m just really excited and grateful for today and the opportunity the Bombers have given me.”

Agree again.  I would re-sign Dressler and JFG and then make a push for Eric Rogers to replace Denmark.  In my dreams I would like to see a starting 5 at receiver of :
Adams, Dressler, Rogers, Wolitarsky, JFG/Coates (share the spot).
I know I'm probably harping a little too much on Wolitarsky, but I honestly think he Jhansi the potential to be our version of Zylstra.

you have to remember too that the OC may radio in a couple plays to use, based on look and scheme being presented pre-snap and the QB has the choice to choose or audible from it.
A run play may have been called but Nichols may have seen differently and changed the call based on what he saw, or how the defense set up...we will never know and it's pretty tough to point fingers one way or the other...

I would also try my best to get 2 Canadian receivers as a regular feature too. We don't have good enough American receivers to justify it so might as well get ratio spot fillers there. 

I just think given how much some of our other Canadians were a detriment on D, especially when Westerman got hurt, that it behooves the Bombers to explore 3 Canadians on the offensive line. They drafted heavily there, if that is what we're spending picks on we gotta see a benefit in the ratio at that position. 
Bond was massive in turning that position on offence around and into a strength, but I think it's time for that change to happen. 

It's because Lapolice is a smart guy who has a good understanding of the game and has numbers on his side and I think he's probably a great interview based on his knowledge of the game. 
Where he fails as a coach is his ability to make the right call at the right time. 

Hard to believe that one of the two best teams in the league lost at home to the Esks!

I hope Weston has that positive impact.  However I am going to harp on this:  Drew Wolitarsky can be our version of Zylstra.  It was about this time last year that Zylstra was activated for the first time by the Esks.  He had a great end of season run and has become a top notch WR this year.  Hopefully we can at least try him out the remainder of this year (split reps with JFG and Coates) to see if can help us get to the GC.

gonna be a lot less of the filthy casuals around this place this week too so it's gonna be good in that respect too. 

Mulumba has never played MLB, ever.  He was a 3/4 OLB or a 4/3 DE in his entire career.  It would be a disastrous mistake to put him at MLB.  I just don't know why this meme exists  on MBB.  We aren't Chris Jones' Riders.
