I couldn't believe how much time Sportsnet devoted to the Leafs, even after the regular season was over. Blah blah blah...they suck...what more is there to say? I know that 50% of this country's population cheers for the Leafs so they have to pander to that base, but seriously, how much can be said about Phil Kessel that hasn't already been said? You know it! At the beginning of each sport I hope that the Riders, Leafs & Seahawks lose every game.

I've always been a football first fan, but the Blue are gonna have to win & soon for the Jets to not take over. Comon Bombers! This is pretty strange imo. Drew doesn't deserve a raise for this year yet. If we didn't completely fall off the cliff in the 2nd half last season then maybe, but we did. so he shouldn't get a raise until after this season.

haha...indeed. That stadium is pretty old and crappy. Those top row benches for the 09 GC reminded me of the old Canad benches...instant ass freeze... It wasn't even that cold in 09. You should have tried sitting on them when they did the outdoor hockey game there... now THAT was some serious ass freeze even with the snow pants and a sleeping bag to sit on. I didn't mean that the 09 GC was cold on the ass, that was a beautiful day...just that those benches "reminded" me of the old Canad benches and how cold my arse used to get sitting on them.

Hardly a screwup. CBC sports was a tremendous revenue generator for the the corporation and the broadcasts were very good quality. I am impressed that he is becoming a Canadian citizen- that may well mean that he plans to be around for awhile. We need the stability and the profile he brings to the league. man...I didn't call him a screw up...smh
