The answer to this influx of immigrants is simple, obvious but expensive. The countries that these have been fleeing for political and economic reasons have been interfered with by America, big businesses (like Dole) and Russian funded resistance groups. The farmers have been forced out of their self-sustaining fields and small communities and are now forced to work brutal hours for very small wages. The CIA has, for decades, funded and trained death squads to oppose anything like democratic or responsive governments. The majority of the residents have been forced into poverty with no hope of a better future for themselves or their children. Russia was waging proxy wars with the US to the detriment of the populations. And there are the cartels who were tolerated by the CIA and even cooperated with them to funnel drugs into American city ghettos. Nothing will change until there people have good, sustainable homes, jobs and communities back home. But that would cost money.

That is why big business funds right-wing parties and governments to weaken or eliminate regulations that might interfere with profits.

Apparently there is new evidence being unearthed almost every day, so the Grand Jury has been paused until the new evidence can be assessed and presented. The prosecutors want to make sure that the evidence is overwhelming, not just to the jurors, but also to the public.

And Han Dong has been censured and has left the party. PC MP's can meet with German neo-Nazis and......nothing happens.

Russia’s Shadow Army Threatens to Dump Dead Bodies on ‘Dirtbag’ Officials -Reuters When the mayor of a small town in Russia’s Krasnodar Krai told the notorious Wagner Group over the weekend that he didn’t want the area to become the new dumping ground for dead mercenaries, he apparently thought he had a say in the matter. He didn’t. And Yevgeny Prigozhin, the cutthroat founder of the group, would soon make that frighteningly clear—with threats to dump dead bodies on his doorstep instead. Prigozhin’s fighters backed their boss up, releasing a video of themselves armed to the teeth in the Donbas and threatening to come home to kill. “You just wait, degenerates, for us to have to come and deal with you. Because you fuckers are doing more harm than the Ukrainian army, than the Nazis. Because you are the Nazis, the ******* administration of Goryachy Klyuch,” one of the masked fighters warned. In perhaps the starkest illustration yet of Prigozhin’s growing power, the burial went ahead just as he’d wanted, under the barrel of guns wielded by more masked Wagner fighters. But hundreds of local pensioners, veterans, and out-of-towners also attended the burial of eight Wagner recruits killed fighting in Ukraine. Some of them apparently heeded Prigozhin’s public call to pay their respects and defy local authorities. “The administration of Goryachy Klyuch forbid the burial of our Wagner fighters at the cemetery in Bakinskaya. Tomorrow, at 10 a.m. the funeral will be held for our fighters. Everyone wanting to say goodbye to them, I invite you to the cemetery,” Prigozhin fumed in an audio message released on the eve of the planned burial.

From 3Downnation: Kian Schaffer-Baker undergoes hip surgery, projected to miss start of 2023 season for Riders One of the CFL’s most explosive receivers is not projected to be ready to start the 2023 regular season. Saskatchewan Roughriders’ general manager Jeremy O’Day told 3DownNation that Kian Schaffer-Baker has undergone an offseason procedure. “Kian had hip surgery recently. He had an injury that has been bugging him really for the last couple years, it was continuing to get a little bit worse each year. After the NFL tryouts were done, we spoke to him about whether he should get it fixed or not. He had a decision to make: keep playing with the injury, not get better and it continues to get worse or do you get it fixed, come back healthy and continue your career,” O’Day explained. The 24-year-old worked out for at least nine NFL teams in December and January, including the Jacksonville Jaguars, Pittsburgh Steelers, Indianapolis Colts, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Las Vegas Raiders, Minnesota Vikings, Denver Broncos, New England Patriots, and Cincinnati Bengals. “He had a labral tear. With labral tears, they can get worse with time, they don’t really heal on their own. It progressively got worse, it’s something that you can play through, which he has been for the last couple years, but ultimately it’s not going to get better, it’s going to continue to get worse. Better to get it fixed now and we’re happy he’s decided to get it fixed and he’s on the road to recovery,” O’Day said. -

Marjorie Taylor Greene Calls For Alvin Bragg To Be Arrested Before He Can Indict Trump Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) falsely claimed that Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg is hiding evidence that would clear Trump and called for the DA’s arrest. Greene tweeted: "it’s time to arrest Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg for prosecutorial misconduct after hiding hundreds of pages of exculpatory evidence! Bragg is on the verge of indicting an innocent former President and top Presidential candidate against the opposing ruling party. Bragg is breaking the law and trying to incite civil unrest with his Soros funded political war." The former party of law and order and the rule of law now wants to arrest prosecutors for doing their jobs. Greene’s call for Bragg to arrested echoes the behavior of anti-democratic regimes around the world.

For my part, if the Canadian ratio in the CFL was to be eliminated, I would be gone. The CFL would become a second-tier feeder league for the NFL, the rules and field would change and I might as well watch the NFL.

Not if you are PC lifer.

An old playbook, but that's all they have.

The rubes keep funneling money to the GOP, Qanon and Trump, so that would seem to be a looong way off.

'Chilling': Law enforcement 'seriously' investigating threats ahead of possible Donald Trump indictment Ahead of a possible indictment of Donald Trump, law enforcement agencies are investigating "chilling" threats, including against Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, according to top Washington Post investigative reporter Carol Leonnig. Leonnig was careful to say she is not aware of any of the threats being deemed credible, but also noted that "all sorts of law enforcement agencies" seem to be taking much more interest than some agencies did in the weeks before the January 6, 2021 insurrection. "I have received copies and screenshots and internal documents and emails flagging concerns about specific protests, investigations into specific online threats that have been made that are not yet determined to be 'credible and likely to occur' but have been chilling nonetheless in terms of the threats that have been made about killing certain people," Leonning, a Pulitzer-Prize winning author, said Tuesday on MSNBC's "Deadline: White House." "Claims of, you know, 'Alvin Bragg needs to needs to die,' and claims online that could just be, you know, bravado, but are being seriously investigated and checked into this time around, ones that were not checked into as clearly at all in the weeks before January 6, despite significant warnings to the FBI about what these threats meant." Mirroring Leonnig's reporting, Rolling Stone, citing law enforcement reports, on Tuesday noted: "Violent extremists are advocating lethal attacks and proclaiming their willingness to die for the cause." https://www.alternet.org/chilling-law-enforcement-seriously-investigating/

Ex-Trump ethics lawyer advised Hutchinson to mislead committee. Now he “could be prosecuted”: report A Trump-allied attorney who previously represented a key January 6 witness urged her to mislead the January 6 committee about details she recalled, according to CNN. The committee did not identify the witness or the person they claimed tried to influence the testimony, but CNN reported that Stefan Passantino, the top ethics attorney in the Trump White House who represented former aide Cassidy Hutchinson, was the lawyer. Passantino advised Hutchinson, an aide to former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, to tell the committee that she did not recall details that she did, sources told CNN. The committee suggested that people connected to the former president had attempted to influence at least one witness' testimony, promising her jobs that never materialized and coaching her to make statements in an attempt to deceive the committee. Passantino and his law firm Elections LLC were funded by Trump's Save America political action committee. The PAC also paid for the lawyer's representation of Hutchinson, which Passantino did not mention to his client, sources told CNN. Over the summer, Hutchinson emerged as a key witness for the committee, providing bombshell testimony into Trump's knowledge of the potential for violence on Jan. 6, and his outbursts of anger. Before her public testimony, she dropped Passantino and got a new lawyer.

Uvalde Cops Delayed School Shooting Response Over Fears Of AR-15: Report A new report indicates that officers who delayed their response to last year’s school shooting in Uvalde, Texas, did so in part because they were scared of the gunman’s rifle. “You knew that it was definitely an AR,” Uvalde Police Department Sgt. Donald Page said in an interview with investigators after the shooting at Robb Elementary School. “There was no way of going in.” The new police interviews and body camera evidence come from a report by The Texas Tribune, which published its investigation into the poor police response on Monday. https://www.huffpost.com/entry/uvalde-shooting-police-ar-15_n_6419cb79e4b0a3902d32f5a0
