  1. Interesting. When his signing was announced, I checked and one of his strengths was listed as fighting for the ball and winning most times. His highlights showed a lot of those types of catches.
  2. Agreed. He didn't exactly shine against the Bombers.
  3. Soooo....the league has soured on Lemon?
  4. Doesn't matter what we want- it matters what O'Shea wants.
  5. Doubly good news!!!
  6. We did get Younger at defensive coordinator.
  7. And plays that way- more brute strength than technique, but if he ever improves his technique, we have an all-star. Another Chris Walby.
  8. He used to be Mr. Automatic.
  9. Unfortunately, Collaros is definitely trending downwards and bad games have become the norm and good games the exception.
  10. Bring a barf bag. If the Bombers are playing like horsepoop, it can easily be repurposed.
  11. Where is Junior Ah You when the Als need him?
  12. And the Lions looked like they were going to roll right over Ottawa for the first bit of the game. PS: I love the Concorde/Alouette jerseys.
  13. Wouldn't surprise me a bit. Better to jump than be be pushed.
  14. Thus far I have heard nothing about Gabe Wallace, who looked to have the more serious issue, by far.
  15. This is a game, but sometimes it becomes a tragedy. Hope all precautions are taken.
  16. As the cream rises to the top, it gets skimmed off. Inevitable.
  17. Rourke creating enough turnovers to start his own bakery.
  18. He has chosen....poorly.
  19. A wimawe, a wimawe, a wimawe...
  20. Along with many other personnel decisions. This is going to put O'Shea on UIC.
  21. I think it is intended to be boofed by Rider fans. As an FWIW item, apparently the reason Bailey was not brought back is that he had a hissy-fit when released as he felt he should have been given preferential treatment because of taking a big pay cut last year.
  22. In years previous to last year and this, Collaros had the eye, brain and arm to be able to throw the ball through a keyhole from the parking lot to the field. Now, he has lost enough of that talent and physical ability that this is no longer effortless and automatic, but he and the coaches are somehow unable to accept this and game-plan around it. This has led to incompletions and INTs and it sure as spit looks like its going to get worse against the Rider defensive backfield. We could get blown out in both games to come and that would lead to mass celebrations in Saskatchewan.
