Not emotionally invested in either team, but still an entertaining game, like CFL games ought to be. -

So far the game is entertaining, and, wonder of wonders, there are two good kick returners in the game! -
Yes. Its called "cutting the mic". I happen to think that the only parties that ought to be represented are those who are fielding enough candidates in enough ridings to at least theoretically form a government.

She would fit much better in Kenney's party. She does not believe in vaccinations or masks.

You assume that it reacts the same in livestock as in humans.

Ex-staffer about to 'set fire' to Trumpworld by exposing 'surprising new scandals' in tell-all: report A former White House official and chief of staff to Melania Trump is about to reveal what a publishing source calls "surprising new scandals" in a new tell-all memoir. Stephanie Grisham, who served as White House press secretary and communications director without ever holding a press briefing, will publish "I'll Take Your Questions Now: What I Saw in The Trump White House" on Oct. 5 under the Harper Collins banner, reported Axios. "There isn't enough water on earth to contain the fire she could set to all of Trump world, including parts like the first lady's orbit, which not many people are in a position to illuminate," said a former West Wing colleague. "It's hard to articulate how much anxiety this is going to cause." A source close to the publication said Grisham "has receipts" from her time in the White House because, as the press secretary, her job required her to know what was happening. "Grisham knows where all the bodies are buried because she buried a lot of them herself," that source said. Good that she was demoted. The anti-vaxers have enough people supporting them.

If that is the case. LeGault would have a weak Conservative leader and a desperate party by the 'nads and could extort major concessions.

Biden Expands Vaccine Push With Mandates For Private Sector President Joe Biden on Thursday announced sweeping vaccination and testing requirements for federal government workers, contractors and even private sector employees, as his administration works to fight the spreading coronavirus. All federal workers and contractors will need to get fully vaccinated in the coming weeks, as will health care workers at providers that receive federal funding through Medicaid and Medicare. The administration will also require all businesses with 100 or more employees to require testing at least once a week for unvaccinated workers. The directives represent a significant step in pushing the private sector, an area where the president has been hesitant to use federal powers too heavily. These new standards are part of Biden’s six-part plan to respond to yet another surge in COVID-19 cases, which announced Thursday. The plan is largely focused on increasing the rate of vaccinations in the United States among eligible populations. Biden Expands Vaccine Push With Mandates For Private Sector | HuffPost

They should definitely check that quarterback's eyesight. Not one receiver on the list. Hmmmm...

Because governments in Alberta and Saskatchewan have allowed them to and the Federal governments have remained silent for fear of antagonizing these provincial governments.

Those who listen to The Rebel are not looking for credible information or points of view. They want to have their views validated, no matter how distorted they are. Essentially, they pay to be told what they want to hear.

Ivermectin causes 'sterility' in 85% of males who take it: study Far-right extremists and conspiracy theorists, many of them anti-vaxxers, have been falsely claiming that Ivermectin — an antiparasitic drug typically given to animals — can be used to prevent or treat COVID-19. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration, in response, has been warning Americans that taking animal-grade Ivermectin can be "highly dangerous." And the effects of Ivermectin on people have been studied in Nigeria, where researchers found that taking it is likely to cause sterility in men. Erin Coulehan, a reporter for WFLA-TV (an NBC affiliate in Tampa, Florida), explains, "The effects of Ivermectin therapy on human males can have an effect on men's reproductive health. Researchers at three universities in Nigeria studied the effects of Ivermectin, which is used to treat river blindness and other medical conditions in humans, on men's sperm counts. According to their study, 85% of men who take Ivermectin become sterilized." Coulehan adds, "Ivermectin is often used as an anthelmintic to combat parasites in animals, and some people have been using it to fight COVID-19 despite health experts' recommendations against it. The study conducted by researchers in Nigeria screened 385 patients with river blindness to investigate the effects of Ivermectin on sperm function; the researchers found that 85% of all male patients treated in a particular center with Ivermectin in the recent past who went to the laboratory for routine tests were discovered to have developed various forms, grades and degrees of sperm dysfunction."

Oooh,,,a Technology Commercialization Hall of Fame....sounds like a real bodice ripper.

Agreed, as the Riders' best hope to take the pressure off their O-line and Fajardo will be to get a running game going.

Excuses as to why the Riders will lose on Saturday are already being warmed up. The meanie Bombers will take advantage of the poor, defenceless Riders. Shame on them.

Psychologist and criminologist explain why anti-maskers and anti-vaxxers present a real threat of violence Not all opponents of mask mandates and anti-vaccine activists are alike. They constitute a diverse and heterogeneous group. But a certain segment of the anti-maskers and anti-vaxxers comprise extremists who represent a violent and nefarious influence in our country as we work to defeat this seemingly endless pandemic. There is a small but loud and forceful group of people who object to wearing masks. Studies indicate that those people generally believe they are ineffective and are violating their civil liberties. Some of those people are increasingly behaving in violent and dangerous ways. As early as July 2020, the Retail Industry Leaders Association expressed alarm over the number of instances of hostility and violence experienced by front-line employees. That same month, a survey of McDonald's employees showed that 44% had experienced verbal or physical abuse from customers not wearing masks. These repeated incidents necessitated the CDC to offer new guidance for retailers and restaurants on how to prevent workplace violence from customers. These suggestions included installing panic buttons and cameras, and recognizing the signs that angry customers might be on the verge of violence. Things since then have only worsened. In June 2021, a customer shot and killed a cashier and wounded a sheriff's deputy at a supermarket after an argument about face masks. In August 2021, Christopher Key, who calls himself the "vaccine police," live streamed himself and his "Missouri Crew" entering a Walmart Supercenter. The group was targeting the pharmacists who they believe should be "executed" for administering the COVID-19 vaccine. They berated the workers, informing them they have been put "on notice" and that "if they give one more vaccine … they can be hung up … and executed." The group brought with them "sworn affidavits" that supposedly proved that 45,000 people had died within days of being vaccinated against COVID-19. That belief is based on a lawsuit filed by a group called America's Frontline Doctors (AFLD), recently described in a Time magazine expose as "the 21st-century, digital version of snake-oil salesmen." AFLD was founded by Dr. Simone Gold, who was arrested for her participation in the U.S. Capitol insurrection on Jan. 6, 2021. A COVID-19 drive-through testing and vaccination site in Georgia was recently forced to shut down after being threatened by a group of anti-vax protesters. Reports indicated that the health care workers were harassed via email and on social media. Health care workers have repeatedly faced threats for promoting vaccines, especially prominent public health experts like Dr. Anthony Fauci and Dr. Peter Hotez. Both have faced serious death threats. A man was arrested for allegedly sending threatening messages to Dr. Fauci, saying that he and his family would be "dragged into the street, beaten to death and set on fire." Dr. Hotez notes that the threats faced by health care workers have created "an unprecedented culture of antiscience intimidation." Angry group of QAnon believers flood hospital with phone calls to demand COVID patient be treated with livestock drug Supporters of the QAnon conspiracy theory recently launched a protest to demand an ill COVID patient be treated with the controversial livestock drug, Ivermectin. According to The Chicago Sun Times, QAnon backers targeted the Amita Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago as a small group of conspiracy theorists flooded the medical facility with phone calls while others held an in-person protest. The group demanded that doctors use Ivermectin to treat one of their QAnon allies who is currently hospitalized with COVID. Over the last few weeks, Ivermectin has led to heightened controversy as it is not a conventional form of treatment for COVID. The publication reports: "The supporters are demanding that doctors give a hospitalized ally ivermectin, a medication approved for treating parasites in both humans and animals that has garnered huge interest in recent weeks, with the vaccine-averse increasingly touting it as a groundbreaking coronavirus treatment." L. Lin Wood, the conspiracy theorist attorney who aided former President Donald Trump in his efforts to overturn the presidential election, is among the group of individuals who participated in the pushback at the hospital. In a Telegram post, he reportedly detailed his exchange with an employee at the facility. "He informed me that Ivermectin was not on the Amita protocol and [the woman] would not receive it," Wood said of his brief discussion with the employee. "When I tried to respond, he was rude, talked over me, and hung up on me."
