  1. Now that is hitting below the best.
  2. Demski is apparently a bit dinged up, so how well he will shine today is uncertain.
  3. I just knew I missed someone.
  4. The Moose Mandible-Speedy Creek isn't a whole lot better.
  5. If Walters trims Bighill, Kolankowski, and #37, that would do it. Easy as cake.
  6. And there's always McDonald's for the epicures among us.
  7. There is good news and bad news about driving through Saskatchewan. The good news: if you fall asleep behind the wheel while on cruise control, you are not likely to drive into a deep ditch. The bad news: you would have a hard time telling if you had moved at all.
  8. On the bright side, its a helluva beautiful drive.
  9. As you say, but who knows what goes on behind closed doors? (Sounds like a good title for a C&W song)
  10. I take it she did not return your calls?
  11. Being as how Doggett is 39 years old already, he may qualify for a pension first.
  12. Apparently he auditioned for the Rider HC job and was turned down, so his ego would have smarted after that. Ergo. with his connections to the Beastly Lions, he would be interested in the HC job out there. Despite some of his very questionable calls as OC here, he has served us well and thus I do not begrudge him this opportunity.
  13. It suggests there is a lot of envy out there.
  14. I would assume he was told to avoid the barber for the rest of the season.
  15. Argos have good depth and Dinwiddie has blossomed into a darned good coach, but Arbuckle ain't no Kelly.
  16. There's a term in statistical analysis "So close to zero as to be indistinguishable from zero" that applies here.
  17. Now we know who has been using cheap drugs.
  18. As to Oliviera vs Milligan, in the biggest game of the year so far, Oliviera blossomed and Milligan choked. End of story.
  19. That would depend where it is applied.
  20. - He choked in The Big Game -He is 38 -He is overpaid and the Riders are tight up against the cap.
  21. I would bet he will get a lot less.
  22. Agreed in general, but there is a line between (semi) good-natured ribbing and personal, ugly attacks from drunk fools.
  23. In an interview the next after the last game, Trevor Harris said, in a pleading way, that he would REALLY like to return as the Rider pivot. No athlete likes to admit /she doesn't have it any more, and Harris was well-paid, probably much better than he can expect to earn otherwise post-football,
