  1. Then, they are perfect for the Riders and their fans.
  2. Agreed. Jefferson's apparent decline, in my view was the lack of complimentary play by not only his linemates, but also the linebackers. We now know that Lawson is done until after Labour Day, and maybe longer. This unwelcome development forced the Bomber coaches to step up and deal with it now instead of kicking it down the road.

  4. I do not see Chris Ike mentioned anywhere above, Its probably asking too much, but so far he looks like he could be another Oliviera.
  5. Blake, Godber and Ferland are past their "best before" dates. After Labour Day, they will have slowed down considerably, not to being more mention injury-liable.
  6. The best time to plant a tree was 10 years ago. The second best time is right now.
  7. Don't underestimate the value of Grant's fearlessness. He made a snap decision about where to go and hit it at top speed in about 3 steps.
  8. Agreed. When an incident like this spills out of the closet, it is typically followed by other examples. We will never hear about most of these, Bottom line: Kelly is just not worth the looming risks.
  9. Barriere may suddenly develop a mysterious but lingering ailment. Its been known to happen.
  10. Barriere's resume ought to get him one more audition, but he is in tough competition. He may be one of those players with a star-studded resume who just doesn't make the transition.
  11. FWIW, and it wasn't worth much, Barriere likely played himself out of town. That would be two highly-touted players who showed nothing. We are gonna be alright but some. of the bloom is off the rose for several would-be Bombers.
  12. A smorgasbord of ineptness.
  13. And they are just getting started.
  14. Hill is an interesting case. Seems to be smart, talented, good attitude and versatile. Has done kick returns but do not know how well.
  15. I do wonder what happened to Kongbo, though. Seems he has dropped out of football altogether. Pity. that.
  16. And a wingnut who left a pile of unpaid debts behind when he bolted. Classy. Control-upshift-N to go dark through a paywall.
  17. Criminal charges are not necessary for deportation.
  18. His CV is good enough that he is definitely worth a looksee.
  19. So Bombers are not feeling quite as Blue as before?
  20. A representative of the protesters stated that no matter where they choose to demonstrate, there will be no violence or blockade of people from their buildings and I would assume that would include footyball games. They are smart enough to know its not a good idea to really irk people.
  21. Can only imagine the blank stares the budding football players would have as you tired to explain the play.
