  1. Are his arms long enough?
  2. Looks like a fridge with arms, but a mean one.
  3. Desjarlais as promised

  6. Esks are hedging their Betts.
  7. Looks like his legs are about 18 inches long, though.
  8. Aaand.... the TiCats pick a primate.
  9. To the surprise of absolutely no none, Argos pick Richards.
  10. Trump has gone right over the edge: At a recent Wisconsin rally, Donald Trump plunged to new depths with regard to a woman’s right to choose. Regaling his loyal supporters with a gruesome, fictional account of what happens in a delivery room, Trump insisted that doctors and mothers often conspire to “execute” healthy newborns. Beyond shocking, Trump’s grisly lie represented his latest mental leap into a world of fantastic violence. Yet in covering the rally and the ghastly infanticide claim, the New York Times could only summon enough courage to call Trump’s hideous declaration “a standard, and inaccurate, refrain.”
  11. Thought the name sounded familiar.
  12. He's already peed on all four corners of his desk.
  13. He sounds like a cartoon superhero.
  14. A scion of the Bronfman family a few weeks ago got caught up in a cult scandal of some sort, IIRC.
  15. Don't know what to feel about this possibility, but I would bet he goes east
  16. The problem with big banks happens when they get to the point where they are "too big to fail", or more correctly, when they get to be "too big to let fail because of their incompetence". A conventional economic theory says that no financial institution should be allowed to control more that 8% of the market. After that, they are no longer answerable to anyone- not even their shareholders or governing bodies.
  17. Well, that's the life of Bryan, I guess. Funny, on paper it looked like he had all the things you would look for in a potential QB.

In his tweet, Trump skipped over the Heisman Trophy winner to celebrate Ohio State’s Nick Bosa — who missed most of the 2018 season — for being picked second. “Congratulations to Nick Bosa on being picked number two in the NFL Draft. You will be a great player for years to come, maybe one of the best. Big Talent! San Francisco will embrace you but most importantly, always stay true to yourself. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!” he tweeted.
  19. Ralph Kline and Jason Kenney?
  20. In the report, there was a line that was easy to miss. Apparently Johnny Manziel went out of his way to arrange and pay for several teammates on his AAFL team to be able to eat and have a place to stay. A glimmer of hope that Manziel may actually be a decent human being at times.
  21. I gotta say this: every time I see the title on this thread, I instantly recall a song from "The Life Of Brian" movie.
  22. `He should have added and "Eh?" at the end. And then go to Timmy's.
  23. I have liked Konar's play since he came into the league. He is no Muamba but a solid linebacker- particularly against the run.
  24. Yup. He got away with it. The bastard.
